They have complimentary snacks for fasting patients. Very thoughtful! 😊Finished all my procedures in less than an hour. All the staff were nice and accommodating.Highly recommended.

Been a customer of makati branch since 2012, and so far my past experiences have been all good. The staff and even the guard are accomodating. They have a clean restroom and waiting area. On Monday mornings, the clinic is usually full so it’s best that you come on a different day. Sure, there may be hitches at times, but it happens even to the best hospitals.

Clean, staff are helpful and approachable. Booked an appointment for 1pm, OB arrived at 4pm but I guess it was better than booking and ending up getting cancelled on the day. My husband got his test quickly, though, so all in all, the experience was good.

Arrived 11:53AM, got called at 12:38PM and finished at 1:40PM ⌚️guard was nice and guided me what I should do, staff were nice & accommodating ☺️ as a person who is afraid of needles, i didnt feel anything from the one who extracted blood from my arm so great!!

Clean facility, courteous staff.Home service is excellent. Med tech comes early on their appointed time. Laboratory results are emailed on the same day.Have been using them for more than 5years.

Very affordable laboratory and diagnostic services. Used to have electronic option for getting copies of results but unfortunately at this time their system/server is being updated (hence the 4 star rating). Staff is very polite and jolly.

Parking here is a nightmare but services are cheaper and there are a few nurses who are quite good at extracting blood for blood tests. Results are sent to our doctors in MMC the next day.

Not sure if the reviews here are still valid. But overall my experience was smooth. My overall duration for basic 5 examinations is almost 3 hours. Kind staffs too. Im not sure if its just a coincidence, but my overall experience was good

The service is very good. I waited for 1 hr just to be called my number which is regular no.4. Actually, they have tiering, Priority, Regular, and Super Priority. After being called at number 3 in the queue, some Chinese came. Well, they were prioritized so I waited for 1 hour before my name was called. My physical exam also took longer because Chinese people were given priority. Clap clap clap

The staff are super friendly..since I got pregnant I always went to the laboratory with them..until now they show the same attitude.and every time they take my blood, my gosh, their hands are so light, no pain. Whether its priority or not, same treatment..as in..and also the security guard is so kind..they are all very friendly..I hope all clinics have this attitude towards all their clients/patients..thank you new world diagnostic makati..very recommended 😊 i really love your service..

Facility is very clean and well ventilated. Its cold inside, there is a fan, and the waiting area is neat. Staff are very accommodating. Downside is that there are times that there are many clients but very few staff. Overall, Ive been to APE several times and the service is really good.
