    1. They do not seem to have a way to make an appointment. Therefore I had walked-in for my Pre-employment Medical Exam.2. I only needed Urinalysis, CBC, Chest X-ray so initially I chose the individual selections with PWD discount over the pre-employment package. But even with the discount, the individual selections were 10 Pesos more expensive so I selected the pre-employment package. The package cost 670 Pesos. For Urinalysis and Fecalysis, you would need a sanitized container which they sell for 20 Pesos each.3. I waited 10 ~ 30 minutes for my documents to be processed. I waited on the sofa with cool air conditioning. The waiting was comfortable. After your documents are processed, they hand you your medical papers and direct you to the rooms for medical exams. However, once I checked the name printed on the document, I realized that they had misspelled my name so I told them about it. They fixed it and printed me papers that accurately reflected my name this time.4. For the Chest X-Ray, they require you to wear a face mask so please bring one. I left the building and acquired the samples and returned to the clinic to submit for Urinalysis and Fecalysis. the staff mentioned that the results would come tomorrow and that I could have it sent by email. I asked the staff on how I could give them my email and they redirected me to Window 1. I waited and when it was my turn, I was redirected to the front desk. There, I was able to give my email. I hope that it would have been more clear and convenient on giving my email.5. I left the medical clinic believing that I had accomplished everything but because I was not redirected to the next exam, I ended up leaving without having done the physical exam. Fortunately, because I gave my email, I received an email that telling me that I had not done my physical exam. I hope that they improve on guiding the patients to the next process.6. I went the next day and had my physical exam done and received the certificate after about 10 ~ 30 minutes. Then I went back to Window 1 to receive my entire medical results. They asked me to confirm the documents and I noticed that my last name was cut at the end due to my very long name. I pointed it out and they fixed it and reprinted it. A general reminder to people to always check your documents.7. I asked if they could email me the soft copy of my medical results. They emailed me my medical results except the Local Certificate which they said are not allowed to.You can find their contact details on the attached picture.Overall Evaluation:The process was quick (compared to the nightmare reviews of other clinics). The staff were respectful and accommodating. I got my medical results and the soft copies of it.Overall, they deserve all the positive reviews they have received.I highly recommend this clinic.

    I went there to get a drug test, the place is very clean and very accommodating. They also gave the results right after performing the test. Highly recommended for your needs

    I would like to commend the staff in this medical laboratory Olayn. The staff are accommodating and guide you to your proceess. It did not take me long to fonish my ttansaction. They also have cashless payment if you dont have cash in hand. I paid my transaction thru Gcash.

    Just today September 8, 2023, I was at Olayn Medical Laboratory, for my MMR vaccine and I saw and witnessed how kind the staff there are, from the information, the nurses, doctors And everyone there is kind, talk calmly..and the clinic is very clean..also thanks sa nursing station kc Yung privacy ng every client nila ay lagi nilabg priority. I was wearing my uniform that time and Hindi ko sya ma itaas so I need to unwear it ...tapos the nurse said maam dun nalang Po Tayo sa loob🥰🥰🥰 para sa privacy nyopo 🥰🥰🥰 kaya supper thank you OLAYN🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐
