It is with great pride to recommend Halcyon Health Network, Inc. The Personnel that provide the medical service makes the difference. The services that comes from the heart has No comparison. No comparison to the other medical services provider I have before. Safety protocol was strictly followed. This is my second OGUK Medival here in this respectable Medical provider. Since 2022 (Pandemic) I have the privilege to avail the OGUK Medical & the services are of topnotch quality and personnel are of world-class performance. Registration is organized from Health Declaration, Personal information and updating of personal status. Online services are available. Security Guards are well disciplined and professional.On the day of my appointment, I came late due to unavailability of parking area in the vicinity. Something to improve in case Client whill bring their personal vehicle and during rainy seasons. It took me 1 hour to find a parking area. I was pleased by the professional personnel specially Ms. Roselyn Glori and Ms. Genesel Rulluqui (Ms. Gigi) to complete the whole procedures. These kind of Service- oriented personnel are needed to meet or excees customers expectations. My experience is not easy but it went smooth due these personnel.I unintentionally overfast and did not tell the receptionist and physicians that came out with abnormal results. I wasb rescheduled for Threadmill stress test and urinalysis. I was assisted to make an appointment and provided subject matter expert advise to rehydrate.The next day (22 May 2024), I came around 10:30Am, after the protocol health declaration and registration, I completed the urinalysis and threadmill stress test before 12Nn. When I came back after lunch, the result (Fit To Work) came out through the Halcyon Apps. Procedures to access the Apps is posted and Security and Receptionist are always ready to assist.My experience is worth sharing to all seafarers, Offshore personnel and normal medical services who wants to have a fast, reliable Medical provider. Worth for your time and money. I will not find another Medical Service Provider except Halcyon Health Network, Inc.Thank you Halcyon!

I was there yesterday 2nd of June 2021 for my PEME appointment. I can tell that the safety protocol is their main priority from the entrance up the very last step of the entire process. Staff are well equipped with PPE and full face mask even the cleaners and security personnel. The whole duration was very fast and efficient the lady named Niña (if i remember it right) helped me throughout. Thank you ! And the lady at the reception also served an impeccable service! I started my medical around 7am plus and finished before 11am. They just emailed me the result later that day.

One of the most accessible medical place I have been. It is easy to know hph to commute, and they can be easily found because they are located on the main avenue. You can walk, take a Jeep, or even pedicab your way. There are also food stalls, fast food restaurants, and convenience stores around the clinic so you can eat after fasting or when you finish the whole PEME.
