I give this clinic a 5 stars. I know that the place is very crowded for the patients but I still recommend them because of the dedication of the staffs to their work. They are strict to their results and I think its a good thing so that they can release a fit to work status with confidence and not may cause problem in the future. Thank you RGO for giving me a chance to work in abroad! Mabuhay kayo!! -

Honestly we were having second thoughts of having medical exam here upon reading of past reviews. But we still go for our gutt.LABORATORY:Its located at the center of Makati. We went there by taxi straight from the airport.It’s clean. Every now and then someone was mopping the floor. Baggage counter were also disinfected.Strict in implementing health and safety protocols which is really good given the circumstances.STAFFS:Staffs are polite and courteous.Special mentioned to the lady at the registration area booth near the entrance. Very accomodating.Also the head of the records, yung nag swab din po sa amin Miss Irish Jean, and the marketing manager Miss Melody.The head of the records really helped us securing our medical papers na matapos at makompleto namin so my son and i can fly back in our province on the set date. She really made an effort. Kaya sobrang thankful kami at appreciative.Doctors are kind at dedicated and competent to their work.We are skeptical to travel during this pandemic but since it was necessary we really had to cross the ocean. And were glad that the team RGO Laboratory made it easier for us. You simply are angels in disguise.Again, thank you so much.Def recommending this lab and diagnostic center!God bless and keep safe po. ❤️ -

First one there today. Got there at 8am, finished at around 9:30am. Everything went smoothly. Ambiance was pristine and clean. Staff were polite and gave clear instructions. Make sure to bring a government ID and a print-out of your slip if youre directed to come here by your employer. (Oops. Wrong branch, my review is for the BGC branch) -

They are very organized, safety first when entering, kind staff from securities, cleaner, frontliners and doctors and most of all helpful and approachable. Every floor is clean and cool, bring a ballpen to fill in the need especially for pre-employment and going abroad. better be there before 8am to be first in line for registration. Each one you do will be put on the paperlist and circled, and each staff will tell you where you are going next, room and floor. Every floor, on the walls of the stairs, there are lists of which floor and room, like the dental offices, optically it is on the lower ground floor. So learn to listen for instruction and read pay attention s details. so I cant go back. But I highly recommend it, its ok, its cheaper than other lab meds. -
