    Staff in every department were nice, accommodating and they will serve u very well. Services were good, you can followup the result ASAP. If u have some problem in ur result, maglalagay lng sila ng PENDING RESULT so u can work this out. But there are few problems that they should address. To nurse station, thank you so much specially to Sir Keith and to other nurses there.

    I would like to commend the customer service department of Medisense Laboratory Center for giving a quick response, for having my inquiry answered, and for doing an extra mile to assist customers.Earlier, I reached out to to their facebook page on behalf of my mom to ask how much does a blood sugar test cost. They responded right away and asked me if it will be under agency or not. I said that it will be under agency, then she told me the cost of the service. Suddenly, she asked the name of my mother and I didnt expect that she will pull up my moms account and check the status. She told me that my mom is already fit to work and asked me what is the status with the agency which we discussed further.I really appreciate the customer service that helped me. She really shows that she is concerned and willing to help. Kudos to customer service department!Keep that kind of service and definitely patients and customers will keep on coming back😁😁😁

    Medisense Lab is very accommodating. It is also a very good experience because they are very quick to respond. Customer service is superb! I received fast replies and instructions through messenger. Kudos to the Ms. Ali for patiently helping me resolve my problem. I had some trouble in my registration because of a personal error, but she was very kind and patient in guiding me through finishing and submitting my form. Would highly recommend them to others!

    I messaged their Facebook page to inquire. The agent was very accommodating and answered all my queries promptly. Will edit to add more review once Ive gone through the medical process. For now, 5 stars rating for the online customer service.4 July 2023 - I arrived around 6.30am. Ground staff were very professional and systematic. I went up to the 3rd floor as instructed and got a referral slip to fill out. Upon submission to the reception, they informed to wait for their staff at Window 10, and her shift starts at 7am. The staff arrived at 7.15am, and was very helpful and told me to call the agency to ask for the signatory. The agency does not open til 9am. Decided to go back to the agency to have the referral slip signed. When I got to the agency, they said that there’s no need for a referral slip. They tried calling Medisense and no one’s answering.Im editing my review to 4 stars, for the staff in the clinic that were very accommodating, but informing of the new protocol to my agency was lacking, hence, the wasted time going to clinic and going back to my agency just for the signatory for the referral slip.

    Excellent service from Sir Jhon, reception and entire medical team. Thank you so much those people behind on facebook and google business who receives queries and concerns. Napaka responsive nyo po maraming salamat sa inyo! Well, as my experience 3 days ago, I think there was a miscommunication among those who complain that the service was not good. I saw it by myself that those who take PEME do not listen carefully to the instructions given by the medical staff. Kaya magulo po. 🙂

    Great service. Offered me a membership card(MMDE) in which i used for discounts for the services provided. Also lets you use priority lanes if you show your MMDE to staff for quick services. Thank you Sir Robie for also assisting me through the Medical.
