    Our family of four had a very excellent experience with them!It was a hassle-free since they had given us an option of paying and setting our appointment up in advance. When we got in their area, they just right away took our names and did their test on us. Did not even had to queue on the line.They said we had to wait up to 30 minutes for our result, so I set my timer up. I was so impressed that they told us our tests were done even before 30 minutes. Great job!Also, since my already paid 1 year old child was exempted, I asked for a refund which they gladly gave back even when I refused to send them my credit card number for safety purposes.Never thought I would have a refund...but we had it, and it was an easy process.

    Detoxicare is open 24 hours, staffs are very accommodating and very kind. Their RT-PCR test for arriving passengers starts at 12:00am and the transaction was very fast. Got my results in 8 hours. Thank you so much for your service i got home early than i expected.

    Just did our test after our 3 day quarantine. We got swab around 8 am got our results around 2 am the next day less than 24 hrs. As for my own experience,maybe just got lucky. I am also a PAL passenger, and took my quarantine at Summit magnolia. Plus they gave us senior discount which me and my wife did not expect, but anyway we are dual citizen.I like the managements idea of facing the complaints head on, admitting to ones mistake is a thumbs up for me. Keep up the good work guys.

    I was fortunate to avail of the COVID test services hassle free. Came in at the PAL Gate 3 test center and was done in 15 minutes. Got my negative result in 6 hours which is quite impressive. Did the same process overseas and even with same day guarantee test results still took a 14 hours turn around to get my results. Good job!

    I registered and got my QR code and prepaid my PCR online. Got an email confirming my payment. We went to PAL Learning Center at Padre Faura as a walk-in/drive-thru because I cannot find a way to make an appointment. I called the number listed but it went to a customer service and do not know the answer. We went to the drive-thru and did our PCR for mine and my daughter and out in 10 mins. I was told that the results will be available after 24 hours. However, my daughter got her results in 6 hours. I emailed them asking why I did not get mine if we went together. They replied quickly that they will resend my test results. In 5 mins after I sent my email, I received my test results. Quite impressive, quick email response, no lines and came back the next day to get our Certificate of Testing which is a required documents to Japan, no lines and out in 5 mins.

    I got tested this morning and I was waiting for my results no response yet for so many hours, so I decided to call them. This lady answered the phone which I forgot to ask her name, she was super nice and very helpful. I need this results asap cos I have a connecting flight the next day. She took care of my problem in 10 minutes and I got the results right away. I wish I got her name cos I really wanted to thank her for helping me.     Today I arrived at Manila Terminal 2 for my Covid Test for tomorrows flights. I had my details all on my phone and the system would not recognize the link. Your Team helped put all the information my hand and got my test started.. As advised I waited for 30 mins and the results were handed to me. When I got home I tried to finalize the PAL documents and I made a mistake and Rona helped me out..Your team did a great Job ..     Detoxicare staff were professional in handling customer service. I asked several questions and every question was answered with clarity. We just have to be courteous in asking.In terms of the swabbing, the swabber came a little late. But I understood their situation since each swabber must visit 3 hotels (minimum) per dispatch. I justed waited for them to arrive. If in case, they did not arrive on time, message them through their provided contact numbers.Tips:1) Contact them through FB and they will guide you.2) Opt for early swabbing (12AM to 2AM) and the results will come out in 8 hours. The BOQ certificate was released along with the results.3) Ask courteously.Thank you!

    Good service! I booked an ESS online and my GF was swabbed on the schedule that was given by BOQ. Within 8 hrs, I got the negative result. For those who are complaining about their service, I think they have done something wrong on their booking. When doing the booking, there is an option for 8 hrs, 12 hrs. and 24 hrs result. 8 hrs only costs Php2,500 so its cheaper than staying at the hotel for another night while waiting for the result

    Despite the number of bad, recent reviews for Detoxicare, my experience with them was seamless and extraordinary. I received their email notifying me of registration in their system and they provided my specimen number, etc. In order to reach customer service via phone, I had to research to discover multiple different phone numbers and make numerous attempts, but I did reach an agent and my requests were promptly addressed. On the 7th day of my hotel quarantine, the lab technicians, Jeizel and Jessica, showed up mid afternoon and performed my RT-PCR Covid swab test with professionalism, politeness, care, and patience. My test results were emailed to me only 14 hours later. Thank you Detoxicare !!**Travelers, note, If you are a foreigner visiting the Philippines, you must understand that it is not always easy to reach a business via telephone and email, and you must have patience and persistence and lead off by being respectful for the best reaction and results Cheers!

    We just got our swab for our 5th day of quarantine. We were very pleased with the process and responsiveness of staff. We were a bit late to registering to their early swab testing but we were accommodated for a 4am testing after we called through our quarantine hotel. Overall grateful for the ease of testing experience.

    In the beginning i thought it will be a bad review coz we are calling them for the swab test schedule but no one answer the call. They came which is good. Hoping for service improvement, like letting the person for swab test know what time they’re coming or give them detailed schedule. It is hard if you are waiting and call but nobody answers. Like you don’t know if the swab test will be done or will be delayed.

    Customer service, Mr Neil C, was quick to reply when he received my queries and was able to give more info where to follow up my request.BUT, it took a lot of research to find out the correct CS details to contact. It was not readily available on the printed dmdl receipt.

    Some CSR were quite slow in responding to queries, except NEIL. He was very prompt in responding to email and FB chat. The swab test results were very timely also, before I flew to the US and when I got back while on quarantine.

    At first we had a problem accessing the result of my sister kasi hindi sya ganun ka well verse sa “internet thingy” . So i search for detoxicare sa fb at nagbigay sila nang contacts nag inquire ko i even ask for request for resending of email result again. The one I called was very accommodating and very professional. I found out that it comes with a unique password bago ma open ang attachment unique na yung patient mismo makaka access and it is being instructed sa email all you have to to is read.May not be perfect but this time of pandemic we need to be a little more kinder and pahabain pa natin pasensya natin because it is already heavy para sa lahat.     I had my swab test on time and got the results a little early. I hope they improve their customer service because it was really hard to reach them out by email. So if you ever have a hard time contacting them thru email and calls, try their Facebook page. They answered my inquiry a lot faster there than by email.

    They took my RT PCR this past June because I was heading to States and I got the result the following day. Now I am back in Manila and currently under quarantine here at Red Planet Binondo. I got my RT PCR test from Jims of Detoxicare. Mabait at magalang kahit medyo late na ng hapon sya naka punta. Pasalamat din ako Kay Kiel Duterte for responding back to me. If you need a lab to do your swab test, Detoxicare is the place to go. I hope I get my result today so I can get my quarantine certificate so I scoout out of this place tomorrow.     Thank u detoxicare, booked an appointment for early swabbing, masipag cla sumagot thru messenger, never once had any difficulty in contacting them (maybe am just lucky 😉) and once u registered for appointment, u will receive emails from them for verification, payment at confirmation of appointment sched, they sent me an email that d swabbing personnel will come between 12am-2am, and true to their word i got swabbed at 12:45am (12/30/2021)... Result came same day before 10am... Am happy with your service... 5 star for u guys...

Originally, they were not the ones assigned to do RTPCR on me, but since they were the only ones who swabbed early in the morning, my schedule was transferred to them and Ms. Rona.     They came yesterday for swabbing at lunch time and got the results today at 4am. I noticed people giving bad feedbacks although its all in English, those who dont know how to understand. But anyway, Im really excited to be free! Hopefully later. My fellow countrymen, please understand the guidelines carefully before pushing. Thats why we are also low when it comes to reading comprehension. I dont usually write reviews but since the person who swabbed me yesterday was quick and kind and I was satisfied with the service, I give you guys 5 stars! Keep safe everyone.
