My partner and I came all the way from the eastern portion of the visayas and never thought our health wellness check up would be an amazing experience..No long queue along the procedure and it was done for a halfday. The place is clean with modern technology medical equipments. The staff & doctors are accomodating. You will never feel your in a diagnostic clinic but checked-in in a hotel😁. For sure well love to be back again for our annual executive check up because the price is worth it..

Never thought Id experience luxury in a clinic. Shinagawa has addressed one of my most hated part in getting a check-up and that is waiting. Everything was so smooth, the facilities, top-notch. The staff, nurses, doctors and med techs, all friendly and always greet you with a smile. The clinic is very clean and everything is very organized, that I am so amazed, even the comp food is good. I got the womens prime ecu, and my husband got the male prime ecu, and were both done in less than 2.5hrs. We both got the results exactly 7 days after our checkup via email. They may be a little more expensive over other clinics, but you get what you pay for.

Shinagawa provides top-notch diagnostic and care services that are best for busy professionals. All test were done efficiently and in just few hours, youre done with your executive check-up. Whats nice is at the end of the lab test, results are immediately available which will be discussed by a physician via one-on-one consultation. Overall, twas a nice experience for me.

Their package is totally worth it! Their service is first class. The food is also great! The staffs are very efficient and respectful. And they also explain the procedure before they touch you. But let me remind you, if you will visit Shinagawa in BGC, better have a driver to drop you and pick you up. Finding a parking slot is so troublesome and you might missed your appointment schedule.

My dad was the first in our family to try out their services, and he had such a positive experience. He mentioned how supportive the nurses and doctors were throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk him through every procedure, explained the lab results clearly, and helped him understand his next steps, which really put him at ease. Because of this, my mom and I decided to go too, and we found our experience was just as good. My mom especially really enjoyed the experience. The staff regularly checked in on us, making us feel really cared for during the whole process.I totally recommend this place if you need a general check-up. The location feels safe, the vibe is welcoming, and the staff are super helpful. It’s a nice environment to be in when you’re focused on your health.

The whole experience was very pleasant and I felt cared for. ❤️ All the facilities were clean and some equipment more advanced than what Ive tried in other clinics before. Though there were some long waits because there were a lot of patients at the time, the whole procedure for Japanese Premium Checkup took the whole morning. I got a complimentary Eye Screening for Lasik, too - which was another very nice experience. The free meal felt like a reward at the end, very yummy and healthy as well. Some nitpicks would be having to carry my phone and test bottles by hand as I go thru all the testing rooms because the patient outfit did not have pockets. Also, some rooms (especially the Ultrasound) were a bit too cold that I was shivering 😅 Overall, it was great and I will be coming back!

You get great value for your money with Shinigawa. The place is relaxing, and it wasn’t crowded during my checkup. My only suggestion is to speed up the lab results reading. I had to reschedule my doctor consultation because the wait time exceeded 1 hour and 30 minutes. That said, their overall process was efficient.

We had a great experience at Shinagawa. I got their Women’s Prime Executive package. Prior to the appointment, we were already sent our kits and provided instructions on what to do. The facilities and equipment are top notch, the doctors and nurses are very accommodating and the staff are nice. The procedures were also quick, no waiting time and long lines. The complimentary executive meal was also good. The ambience was very relaxing, it didn’t feel like a diagnostic center at all.

My first experience at Shinagawa was very shocking and perfection. I was with my mom and I booked an appointment for consultation and honestly I was very nervous because when my mom and I arrived at shinagawa. The first thing we mouthed was Wow Because it was very neat and it smells nice. Its like youre not in a clinic or hospital because it was like a hotel. The staff, nurses and doctors was very kind and polite. They are assisting every patients. My mom felt like we are VIP because there is someone who always cater us and guiding the process. The second time i got back was still the same experienced no doubt that Shinagawa deserved a good reviews. They are very excellent. I thanked everyone most especially those who assisted us. They also have bottled water if you got thirsty and its free. Even though i am just using my HMO from my company they treated us fair and good compare to other clinic hospital its really different. I really recommended Shinagawa. After trying your service i really told my officemate to try shinagawa because the service was superb and the people was very kind. I am happy that some of them tried it already and they are happy to experienced the outstanding service and fast process. Thank you for a smooth process of my consultation and etc. Blessed you all.

I am very happy with my annual physical exam experience at the Shinagawa Diagnostic and Preventive Care clinic. The waiting areas are spacious (love the sofas) with a view, the staff are very friendly and informative, the place is clean and the equipments are new and advanced. Most of all, the blood extraction was very efficient (no scary mishaps). It had the feel of going to a spa instead of a clinic. I will bring my family here for their APE.

1. Booking was a breeze. Instructions on how to prepare and how to get to the clinic was also detailed.2. It will be better if during check-in they explain where to submit the samples for the laboratories.3. Better it they including in the instruction whether any undergarment needs to removed and at what point of the process can the person eat/drink after the fasting.4. The consult was 👎🏼. It felt like I wasn’t really welcomed and the doctor was just reciting a script. It was not a consult. She just read through the result gave a reco and just asked if you are amenable. I’ve been to waaaaaaay better consults. The doctor was also snobby.5. Post-service customer service can be better. The pre-service was great, but the post is kinda blah.6. The place is pristine - clean, smells good, and well maintained.

However their customer service on viber didnt get back to me. It took me days and repeated follow ups to book my appointment (calls and msgs), for my ultrasound, and then also for my eye consult which was not process due to lack of details i need to apply for my LOA.Good thing the receptionist gave me a voucher for an eye check up for the same day so my visit was not wasted. Then she accompanied me to their other facility, endorsed me to the receptionist and been accommodated immediately as welI. I had my eye checked by their doctors and really had a nice experience.
