Ive made repeated visits to the Hi-Precision San Juan branch this year (diagnostics for myself and family), and it is a 5-star visit every time!Finished coverage of entire executive check-up in 1.5 hours, with lots of time saved with streamlining of processes. Staff from reception to cashier to phlebotomist to radtechs are all very polite and kind. Instructions are complete, protocols are followed, areas are clean, neat, and evidently created with the patient in mind (eg. bathroom for urinalysis has a tiny platform for you to place the urine cup while you fix yourself). Only con is that its difficult to park. Timely online results are also extremely appreciated.

They have a better phlebotomist than UERM, way better. Actually, dont go to UERM if you have a choice. Sakit mafishing. First time di nagpasa skin ko after cbc.

Place is clean, staff are nice, service is good but sometimes the wait is too long even if there arent that many people. What I hate is that they have 2 landline numbers and 1 cellphone but nobody seems to answer it. Ive called many times on many occassions but never got through to someone actually answering the call.

I just finished my medical yesterday (6-Feb-25) for my Pre-employment requirements. Very polite, professional and approachable staff, the facilities are also clean. The best thing is, it took me less than 2 hours to finish my medical, in my previous experiences, it always took me almost a day to finish everything I needed, but with them, the service was just too fast. Got in at 9:30am, left at 10am. They are super fast and super nice, the receptionist is nice. Maam Maine is also a sharp shooter even though it was really hard to find my root, only 1 shot. overall experience was 5⭐️. Came here coz most of the reviews in this branch are better than the other branch, and it did not disappoint. I dont usually post reviews here. But i have too because its disurb. ❤️

1st time I got the result, the one on duty today was accommodating when releasing.Then there was something missing like an xray,The one who followed up on the imaging several times, he was standing up and we were walking around. These past few days, because Ive talked to their staff through the phone (different branches of hi-precision) I just dont want to talk anymore 😬 HAHAHAHHAHA.
