This clinic is super convenient – everything you need is in one place, and booking an appointment was way easier than other clinics I’ve tried. Free parking is a huge win too. The only downside is the waiting time can be a bit long during peak hours, but overall still a great experience.

Nice and clean facilities, but triage takes a really long time. All the staff and nurses I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their laboratory is currently undergoing renovation right now though, so you might want to call ahead to check if their services are available already before going there.

Service is quite slow. But the place is nice. Some of the staff here are rude and some are nice. A while ago, a lady was asking for something and didnt address me well. Its not normal for a person to talk to someone, if there are more people within the place and asking something without telling the name of the person shes talking with.

It my first time here for my Pre-Employment Medical Exam. The patient queue are managable. First come, first serve policy. The process is smooth. I got here around 11:15 and the process ended around 12:20.So far, good review its just that they have to improve customer service mo. Just be friendly and approachable. Kudos to the guy who assisted me in Blood test. He is friendly though. The rest was transactional.

Loved my experience here in Patient First because the doctor who assisted me for APE is extra. She examined my ears, tonsils, breast, butt, and legs for varicose veins which other clinics do not. Other staff are also friendly. Only concern was the record bcos they had mistakes in the record wch they revised when i called them out. Too far from home but would love to go back or maybe u can set up one branch in Manila.

It’s nice to know there is a clinic nearby with alot of the Specialists I need. They even have a PT Rehab Center for my lower back pains. Good to know!👍🏻

Despite the negative reviews here, I have a smooth process with my pre employment exam. Went at 11am and finished at 1am. The only reason it took so long because the doctor was on lunch. The staff are all helpful and friendly. You have to be patient with. them as they are understaff and has limited rooms. The x ray technician is female and had no problem with her, shes nice. The key here is to bring extra patience at patients first. 🤣🤣🤣

Medical and non-medical staff were professional & approachable at the same time. The utility man was also prompt cleaning the toilet, so it didnt stink despite the long line of patients. Security guards were helpful.The only worst experience during the visit was the untimely malfunction of the air-conditioner the whole time of our APE. Very uncomfortable.There could have been two separate toilets for men and women, instead of just one.While the QR thing aligns with digitalization, but they must also consider the senior citizens and other people who are tech no0b.

I came here without appointment an hour before closing time to see a primary physician and was out within 40 minutes.After filling up a form, triaging by a nurse, I was able to see a doctor immediately. The doctor wrote a prescription to be filled outside the clinic. I paid 600 pesos for the consultation. Overall it was satisfactory, and the doctor did give me something that fixed my issue.At the time of visit there were around half a dozen people waiting presumably for lab tests. I dont think the triaging process was necessary given my specific condition. Nevertheless I am glad the clinic was able to take in a late walk-in.

I had my consultation and flu vaccination in Patient First Makati last Monday. The free parking is good, the wifi is strong so I was able to play games while waiting for our turn and the staff from the reception, nurses, lab and xray especially our doctor are kind. Very accommodating and always listening. I definitely recommend them to all our relatives and friends. Keep it up.
