I know the reviews here are quite bad. My experience, to be fair, was quite good. Went on March 2025 (Monday). I arrived and joined the Information booth queue at around 1:30pm. The lady in the Info area checked my form and asked me to wait for my name to be called so I sat in the waiting area. Their waiting area was around 70% full.At 2:18pm, my name was called for the blood tests. Peed in the powder room at 2:30pm. Done at 2:36pm. Out at 2:37pm. I think it is safe to say that the time for doing all these tests largely depends on what kind of work you need done. Mine was blood work and urine alone.By the time I was done, the waiting area was kinda full.The following day, the results were out and I checked them online.P.S. I was a little hesitant opting for this clinic because of the reviews but I went anyway because I called in ahead and they confirmed I can just walk in.When I got there, I made chika with the lab technicians and some people there. They were okay naman. Haven’t encountered anyone who was masungit.

For APE, you need to come at around 7am if you want to finish by lunchtime. Due to the volume of patients, physical examination by the doctor really takes long. But, the rest of the procedures are fast, system is efficient, and staff is attentive and accommodating.I arrived around 9:20am on a Monday, finished all tests by 10:20am. Xray machine had a technical problem so we were told to come back another time for Xray. I was 16th in queue for physical exam. I went out to eat. I received a call and message that xray is already available, appreciate that action. I went back by 12noon, and had the xray done. I was already 6th in the queue. There were said to be 2 attending doctors. I was called at around 12:25, done by 12:40. Doctor was thorough and attentive too, which is good. The process is generally smooth. I just hope they come up with a solution to lessen the wait time for PE. I’ve done my APE here last year too so I knew what to expect. Just check your queue number at the nurse station and you can go around the mall to do errands, etc. to maximize your time while waiting.

Probably the best and most efficient of all the HP Diagnostic branches around. They open at 6:45am so you can do your tests and still catch breakfast.Their staff are pleasant and nice. The technicians are skilled so not too much pain when drawing blood. Lastly, their is a coffee machine inside for you to get your caffeine rush after the 12 hour fasting.They also offer multiple test packages to maximize value.Their phone app is also very nice that it allows you to get your results as soon as they are available. Usually before 2pm if you got tested in the morning. It also allows for you to see your whole medical test records and compare results.

Very considerate of PWDs. Thanks for your kindness. ❤️ My wife got her blood work here yesterday and was approached by a front desk officer and offered courtesy and expedited results knowing she’s a PWD and cancer patient. Thanks guys. Will continue to keep using your services

Fast and quick service. Very professional. I did my bloodwork there for lipid and liver profile. Very reasonable prices.I wish they used butterfly needles which leaves less blue marks.One of the few pathology labs in Philippines that is internationally accredited with ISO 15189.

An excellent experience we had yesterday with the staff Ms. Dianne and some of the staff on duty, of course with the proper/nicer communication towards them.We highly appreciate Dianne’s passion with her job and care to their patient (my partner) for assisting my partner when he went their alone (because he’s legally blind), and for giving a first aid kit to my partner’s foot wound due to accident from the escalator when we are on the way to their establishment. We hope to continue loving your job and show care to the patients/clients.

In my years of being employed, this is the first time Ive experienced an annual physical exam that took only an hour! The doctor was also very thorough and checked everything that needed to be checked, unlike other doctors who rush and waive all the examinations. Staff were also very helpful and accommodating. Keep it up!

Very convenient that its open from 7AM (kinda hard to believe for me cos the mall is still closed). Went at around 8+, staff are nice and setup is efficient. Had ECG, xray, and blood extraction. Though the place was half full (or at least 1/3 full), did not feel like there was any long waiting time. Staff move quickly, but still polite - just how I like it. As for tests done, these are the price I got: CBC - 320, PT,PTT - 450, Serum NA (220), K (220), Cl (220), HBsAg - 220, Bloodtypin - 330, Dime 12 - 2,350, ECG - 500, chest x-ray - 350

Super efficient. Annual Family check-up done in 1 hour. Never had any minute to wait in between of the tests. I planed at least 4-5 hours. Thanks for this fluent experience and the kind and helpful Staff. Just waiting for results now 😀

Overall, the experience was good. The doctor was thorough, which is the first time I’ve experienced in Manila. However, the nurses are very inefficient and need to improve their work ethic and act more professional. Less talking and more working...

Probably the best clinic Ive ever been to. Staffs were kind and very friendly. Its just sad that other patients keep yelling at them like what kind of behavior do they have? They cant wait for their turn. Dont they know that he has his own department and the staffs are assisted doctors. They feel that the only one is calling and they get paranoid when someone calls them by a different name. They are very angry because its a different procedure. Hey, kudos to those staff who dont punish them even when they are humiliated. I finished my tests quickly because I went to the clinic early. Thank you HP!
