I had a pretty good experience. I arrived at around 7:30am (Monday) for a breast ultrasound requested by my obgyn through NowServing, and the line was already long but they had staff waiting by the door to organize the new arrivals. The ultrasound was very affordable, only 1800 PHP before discount. I was done with my visit by 9am, with the results to be released after a day. All of the staff I encountered were polite and accommodating. I hope Ill have a similar experience on any future visits

Clean. Attendants are walking around to keep the area clean at all times.Medical practitioners are courteous.Many patient/clients were there.Also, if you are not the patient, make authorization letter so they will give you the result a day after or 2.Parking is a bit hard. Bring driver.There are banks (AUB, BDO, BPI) as well as Chinese resto and Tiger Sugar in front the clinic.

I asked 1st to the guard when is the best time to go to avoid crowd and told me 5am and Ill be done by 6:30.-Im at the place by 5am no one else in there but me and employees getting in.-by 5:30 - 6am other customer are arriving mostly senior citizensabout 10 of them so expect you wont be prioritized if not a senior yet and adjust the time if you have other appointments-got called by 6:15am for blood extraction(im the 2nd that they extracted blood)-and after I was told my ECG is in 6:30-7am I guess they need some adjustments 1st for machines and of course senior citizen 1st and I got ecged in 7am.- got results of my blood tests by 11am via their website and ecg results about 3pm.

Every morning here is too busy. If you want to save your time, try to go here in 12nn. 😁 Facility is good, staffs are nice. Parking space in the front is always full.

I am quite surprised with the negative reviews of others TBH. Yes, this lab may not be perfect but Del Monte branch accommodates many patients on a daily basis. Not to make excuses for any of their shortcomings, but having tried almost all laboratories in Metro Manila (hospital-based labs excluded as they are quite exorbitant), I still consider this lab as my personal best - organized, relatively fast - queue and results, reasonable price, results with comparative history. One notable negative thing though -- LIMITED PARKING! Been your client for almost 10 years now and will continue to be so. Just keep up the good work. Thanks and God bless, Hi Precision!

Contrary to other peoples experiences, the staff are nice and easy to communicate with. I wish I could explain things more vividly, however my experience cab be considered as subjective per my opinion.The negative ratings doesnt seem to reflect the reality on the ground per my visit. I believe some peoples expectations or perceptions are beyond to what can be actually considered as the norm.To anyone whos reading this, you stay safe and healthy. Staffs are accommodating. At the triage, the queue is long, the staff takes a long time, you would think that the un customer is checking up almost 15mins per customer. but for an interviewer, the speed is less than 1 minute, you have the paper and are ready to pay. In imaging, the staff is a bit accommodating and no clear instructions unless you are maybe a senior.

I was told no pictures allowed inside so I’ll just place lists of cons and pros of Del Monte Branch.Pros:- Quick and organized queue, we went there during a Sunday, guard was approachable and organized on splitting the lines and calling people to enter the establishment.- As soon as you pay, if you have a blood test, he is fast because there are many stalls for that, you’ll see your number on the screen which is convenient.- Ultrasound, X-Ray & ECG were quick (for us), you just need to queue up for imaging so after your blood test, you will be called.- Releasing was so-so, they only take a few results so it takes a while, it takes 10 to 15 minutes.- Some employees are nice, especially the one who took my blood at the extraction site, he made sure I was calm and not feeling dizzy.- Results of blood tests and X-ray were quick on their mobile application or website, there is still some processing but its okay. They constantly update the status of your results which can be accessed online.cons-I was told by appointment the Male Sonologist for 2D Echo then Female Sonologist for willing to wait so I went again on Monday, listed as willing to wait, the one assigned to my 2D Echo was still male despite what they told me, I had no choice because I had been waiting for almost 4 or 5 hours (since walk-in).PS: If you want a quicker 2D Echo, you need to make an appointment thru call.Thats all, its a great establishment overall. Of all the diagnostic centers Ive been to, I prefer Hi-Precision because of the pros. :)

Kudos to the Customer Care Specialists who assisted me via Call and email for the lab test schedule. They are very patient and professional.The laboratory test process is also fast because the facility is complete. Plus getting the results is no longer a hassle because with just one click, the results can be obtained online. +5 stars!! :D
