Kudos to this hospital, their service is top tier. Special thanks to Dr. Renz Carlo Supelana and the whole staff of ophthalmology department for my mothers admission, treatment and recovery. The doctors, nurses and other staffs had been very kind to us. They were approachable and attentive the moment we needed their help and assistance. I would like also to commend of how clean and organized the facilities are. We are grateful for your service.Godbless you all!

My friend had HMO coverage but ICU treatment in a private hospital was Php 200k per day. Wala nang pambayad ang pamilya, so she was transferred here. Its almost unbelievable that she was able to avail IVIG treatment worth 1.6 million pesos. Whats even more valuable is that they saved her life. Eternally grateful to her caring doctors and nurses and all the staff in this hospital.

My brother had his first chemo yesterday. Of course it is expected that since it is a public hospital, process isnt that easy. As cancer patient, it is costly. Medicine, Transport and other maintenance.I am thankful for his doctor and the Philhealth staff that assisted me yesterday. Ms. Pearly of Philhealth/claims department. Thank you po.

Went there this morning.. Its normal for the service to become slower since there are lots of people in government hospitals.. But for me, the wait isnt that bad and the facilities are good.. the employees are strict but not rude/arrogant so I dont have any problems with that. This hospital is a lot more comfortable compared to PGH

As for the “PAY WARD” the nursing services are great, very kind and well trained. I have to applaud them for their service because I have not experienced this in any secondary and tertiary hospital I have been. The residents make their rounds regularly but some lacks patient-doctor relationship, nonetheless I still consider it better than other government hospitals. The O.R. facilities are good and for the first time I have met most of the medical team I felt special and secured. In the recovery room I have observed a very attentive staff, even with my very feeble wave they were still able to noticed it and attend to me despite of the number of patients who were there. The Laboratory staff are not so approachable and cooperative they treat relatives of the patients all knowing they do not provide accurate source of information and the labeling on the blood bag is “scary” is made up of cardboard =( . Of course this comment does not apply to those who are not guilty. I’m just sharing our experience on my situation.

They did not let me go home until I felt back to my normal healthy self and they have arranged my scheduled check-up again next month.For that I am giving Jose Reyes Memorial Hospital 5 stars. Many thanks to JRRMMC Emergency Dept. for the immediate action and also to the Manila Traffic Enforcer for responding. The results took a little longer to come out compared to other public hospitals, which are good at JRRMMC. There is also an ATM inside the hospital.. Many thanks!

For those who go to the ENT, go around 3:30am so you dont run out of numbers every Tuesday, they only accept 15 old patients and 15 new patients
