I booked an appointment the night prior then went in today for some laboratory tests and this clinic has did not disappoint. I admittedly have thin veins and blood extraction had always been a problem for me especially coupled with my fear of needles and blood; fainting is a very common occurrence. However, the medical staff of Pulse Clinic took their time to minimize the pain and avoid my fainting. They were all kind and professional which made me feel like it was a safe and nonjudgmental space. The prices are also very reasonable. All in all, a great clinic. Will definitely save this info for future needs.

I finally found a clinic with good reviews and they were correct. Two of us needed to see the doctor for respiratory related illnesses. To begin, the staff registering you are very nice, and give you upfront prices if you ask, this place is clean and comfortable. They provide water, check on you while waiting and also have cookies. We didnt have to wait long even though we were both walk-ins ( getting there early probably helped) Dr. Hershey is very competent, takes her time to discuss the problem and I feel like she provided excellent service explained what each medication will do and asked if we had questions. I highly recommend this medical facility.

Highly recommend this clinic.Aside from the calming and welcoming ambience, the place is squeaky clean.Doc Rigo was very professional and very light to talk with - you will definitely feel your concerns are taken seriously but without judgment. Reception was also very accommodating - they took me in even though I overestimated my commute time and arrived earlier than scheduled.As a bonus, Doc Rigo is cute too. 😅

Im happy to say that I had a good overall experience at Pulse! Nurse Kia definetly stood out and was fantastic! Tbh, she is one of the best nurses ive ever had! I recently went back to the clinic but unfortunetly she (kia) wasnt there. I was really disappointed to hear she was gone. Im not sure what happened but I hope she will be back in the future. The Drs have been helpful and everyone seems to care. I think the drs and nurses kindness make this a good option.

On a recent trip to Manila, I ran out of my refills (based in the U.S.). Having no other options, I quickly did a Google search and found Pulse Clinic. Scheduling an appointment was quick & easy. I will say finding the building is a little tricky, but once I found it, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff members are courteous and professional, and the interior is clean, modern & very inviting. They even honored my lab results and prescriptions from my home country. Overall very pleased with their service.

What a great place to have stumbled upon. I am an expat who has been on bio identical hormones for years and I am now post menopausal. It was really frustrating trying to get regular doctors here to understand the benefits of these. I was even told that they don’t dispense testosterone for women which I had a hard time believing. I scheduled my first appt and met Dr Hershey who is absolutely awesome! She understood perfectly and got my prescriptions compounded and hooked up to my great relief! They are a lifestyle clinic which means they assist all ages and genders and I really appreciate walking into this atmosphere and found it refreshing and enlightening. They are a one stop shop and I highly recommend them! And all of the staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming! Thank you, Manila Pulse team!!

At first, I really didnt think that their clinic was that good, the staff is very approachable, especially doc dean(THANK YOU DR. The place was a little confusing to find at first but when we arrived, it was clean and nice. The personnel there starting from the receptionist to our nurse that day- Gladys were all so nice and professional. Booking was made smooth without hassle. I got Gardasil 9 HPV vaccine shots here.One thing I didn’t like that they raised the price of the 3rd short by 500p without a prior notice, a notice would be helpful and showed your pro-active attitude.

Even if they cant answer all my questions thru email/chat, thats fine.Its easy to book an appointment online.Their location is 2F Dela Rosa St cor Rufino St. The entrance is on the right side of Chowking. Going up the stairs, just turn to the right side.There is a reception area. Then show the booking number. They didnt look for my ID anymore. A form was filled out and then I was seated in the waiting area.That waiting area is nice. Its cold. Comfortable. There is a signage that says No To Taking Photos/Videos.There is only one available doctor there. Dr Kirby who was very pleasant to talk to. I will not be examined anymore. More on history-taking. Then he gave me a diagnostics/treatment plan as well as roughly the price. Its okay if you decline other tests that he wants to do.So I agreed to a lab test and treatment. He left me to see another client at the same time, but he was booked with a doctor. While he didnt come to my email, it was the Rx for the medicine that was prescribed for me.Later the nurse came. I assumed it was him because I didnt expect someone to come. So he did that skin test. Mhie is very comforting. He also explained it completely.Then he came back after a while to inject medicine into my butt. It doesnt hurt. That skin test really hurts more which is normal.Thats it. He gave other instructions for me to collect a urine specimen and I waited in the room first. He even offered water. Its still chilled. I kind of thought maybe there was a fee. 😭 But its a good thing theres nothing. Because he served the bottle on the tray. Shocking. I feel special. He made me wait in the room first.Doc Kirby is back if I have any other questions. He answered. Thats it. I dont need him anymore so he left. byeThe bathroom is to the left of the reception. When I entered, it smelled great. That she is no longer beautiful. I can taste the bitterness. HAHA Shocking again. Its just that the toilet rim is broken, so dont think that you will pay because you broke it. Lots of paper towels. There is also tissue. Thats a strong flush. And thats trash... hes just exposed. Like open. Thats it. 🫣Then I paid through Gcash after I dropped a specimen in the white tray. The nice lady even taught me how to use the QR. Then thats it. That transaction is seamless. He also gave me the meds to take.So Im happy. Im just not happy because my loved one is really sick. I would have botoxed that alar in the nose. Hehe.4.5/5-.5 for toilet bowl, perfume and trash
