I had a great experience with my first consultation overall. My attending psychologist gave me comprehensive coping strategies which I proved effective during my 2 weeks of therapy. Im actually on my 2nd session this coming weekend!Just a few notes though. While I absolutely had a commendable consultation experience, I noticed that their reception/scheduling staff was a bit blunt when chatting to me over viber. I just thought that maybe a bit of empathy would be greatly appreciated especially for us patients with certain conditions. I understand that things may just be a little bit rough on her end due to busy schedules and stuff, but I really hope that he/she would find ways to improve her manner of communicating to patients because after all, its also a part of her job. Maybe inserting a heartfelt greeting, choosing the right words or even adding emojis at the start/end of the message would somehow make the mood little bit lighter.-Pau
