I’ve been having my therapy with iPsych for more than a year now, and I’ve never encountered a problem with their service. The staff were nice and welcoming to inquiries, and I am also satisfied with Dr. Jen Roxas, one of their psychiatrists. They offer convenient online consultation for people who couldn’t personally go to their clinic. I highly recommend this clinic.

The clinic has a perfect 5-star rating for a reason: the service is impeccable. Dr. Kathryn Tan is the type of therapist anyone would like. Shes professional, smart, vibrant, empathetic and has a smile that would light up anybodys heart.A big bonus for me is that shes also an animal lover.The staff (special mention to Ms. Karen) is also professional and prompt, catering to your needs as quickly and as efficiently as they can.All-in-all, I would highly recommend the clinic.Thank you, Dr. Kathryn and Ms. Karen. My partner and I highly recommend this facility. The doctors are very admirable, especially Dr. Kathyrn Natalie Tan. My partner had a consultation with her, and shes very vibrant and kind. We felt her sincere empathy and the courage has been restored for us knowing that we are not fighting this battle alone. We came out of the clinic full of hope. I went there to have my mom checked. First of all their online booking is very convenient and fast. The staff were really accomodating and provide proper instructions. The doctor was on time and theres no queue in result, the doctor was more focus in doing her observation. Overall the experience is amazing and stress free. Highly recommend this clinic. Will be back for follow up session or check up.

Im glad that I made the right choice by choosing iPysch, Inc. The iPsych team is very professional in their work; they make sure that their clients are receiving a high level of care and support. Its so easy to make an appointment and/or to reschedule your session too. Theyre so nice and considerate. Dr. Kathyrn Tan is the best doctor Ive ever had, and I am eternally grateful for her being my support system. I feel safe with her; she gives me hope, and Im really glad to have her as my psychiatrist. Taking care of mental health is a lifelong, day-to-day journey. It just feels great to have the right doctor, the right diagnosis, and the right medications. I highly recommend seeking their excellent service. It is beyond a 5-star rating.

Grateful as iPsych esp for Dr Tan. I left the session light and hopeful. Very pleasant experience with Dr Tan (smile is very uplifting), from booking to scheduling, payment and my fave consulting. I love how she is firm with her beliefs, very honest but you dont feel bad even if she points out your challenges and struggles.

My friend initially introduced me to this clinic after hearing about my bad encounter with my previous psychiatrist. Since then, I have been receiving care from iPsych and Dr. Cheska for almost a year now. Thanks to them, my mental health care journey has been nothing but a delightful experience. I was able to get clinically diagnosed after a couple of sessions in. My medications and therapy sessions have been a massive help for me, allowing me to function and carry out day-to-day tasks and activities as a neurotypical would. Its also very convenient to book consultations, follow-up sessions, and even ask for script renewals and medical certificates from their highly accommodating staff. Overall, I am beyond grateful that iPsych is providing such great care and service towards their clients. I can proudly say that my mental health is in good hands with iPsych 💙
