I didn’t realize that I needed a prescription for the HPV vaccine. It was my oversight, and I might have missed that detail when booking the appointment. Thankfully, Dr. Zian was available for an e-consult. She was incredibly accommodating and saw me at 9:30 AM, even though her first scheduled appointment was at 11 AM.As for the first dose, I was a bit anxious initially, but Nurse Je and Nurse Anne were very reassuring. They kindly explained what I might feel during the process, which really helped calm my nerves.Now, I’m looking forward to my second dose and future consults. Thank you, Kindred! 💞

I recently tried the IV Push service at Kindred Health Inc., and I have to say, it was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained the benefits of the IV Push, particularly the combination of Vitamin C and Glutathione, which helps boost the immune system, detoxify the body, and improve skin health.The procedure itself was quick and painless. The nurse made sure I was comfortable throughout, and I appreciated how gentle and efficient they were. After the session, I felt instantly refreshed and energized—it was like my body had been given a reset!

The process felt disorganized, and I found myself confused about where to go or what to do next. Instead of a smooth, streamlined experience, I have multiple separate appointments for different parts of my treatment, making it difficult to keep track of everything. It would be much more convenient if the clinic could improve the scheduling process and provide clearer guidance for patients.The staff is friendly and professional, and the quality of care seems great, but the overall flow could definitely be improved to make the experience less stressful.

Im 35yo and have tried annual checkups either in a big hospital or via the healthcard providers’ care centers and I definitely felt safer and less anxious at Kindred’s Clinic.From the ease of booking online, to the gentle reminders pre-appointment & the welcome at the branch.The nurse who took my lab results and OB who did my ultrasounds were very caring and encouraged asking any questions so it didnt feel like the consultation was rushed at all even though I know there was a long queue of booked patients at the waiting area.Speaking of the waiting area, they had interesting books on women’s health so I suggest reading those. They also have interesting products like tampons, menstrual cups etc that support organic beauty and wellness! Overall super happy and cant wait for them to have bigger clinics to accommodate us women.They also email invites to exclusive women’s events that includes yoga and other activities 🥰Thank you, Kindred!

Despite all the negative reviews about this clinic, my experience was very smooth. Dr. Mariane Go is very empathic and great to talk to. She makes you feel very calm before anything.Waiting does take longer because the doctor makes chika with her patients, which is a pro and a con depending on whether youre the one in the waiting room. It would be almost impossible to get a follow-up sched through email, so I suggest that one visits the clinic personally. Of course that might not be feasible for some, so Kindred does need to invest more on customer service support. Procedures are quite pricey too, but they accept credit cards so its easier to break into installments.I love the interiors of the clinic and the curated items for sale. The branding is slick and on point. Overall, its a burgeoning business that can use some improvement but it answers womens wellness needs.

Been coming to this clinic since last month and the service has been consistently great! So far, I have gotten three IV Push shots from three different but equally skilled nurses. They got the needle in perfectly on the first try which is such a relief since multiple attempts are sometimes needed at other clinics. The nurses here are also incredibly thoughtful. They can sense when I’m anxious and always reassure me that it’s going to be a quick and comfortable procedure. Plus, they’re really easy to talk to and share casual stories that make the whole experience feel more relaxed.

I dont know why theres a lot of negative reviews but I personally have the best time whenever I use Kindred services.The staff are SUPER FRIENDLY and they explain everything from end-to-end of the process.They also answer all of my questions and make me feel safe whenever I do a nerve-racking consultation or vaccine.I already had a psych consultation with them, my shingles vaccines, and I have a future diet consultation.My sister also had consultations and she got an IV drip. They were all good experiences! Also very responsive to my emails. Looking forward to more of them! 🫶

I have availed of Kindred services three times already and here’s my honest review. Please note that all my sessions with them have been virtual consultations.I love the frequent discounts and the doctors (derma and OBGYN) I talked to were nice, knowledgeable, and detailed with their explanations. However, my session with the psychologist could have been better. It felt rushed, but the materials she sent post-session were really helpful! I like that all the virtual prescriptions are easy to access and they’re all in one place.I’ve only tried email communication with Kindred and their responses are very slow lately. (I understand that you’re swamped. Wish you could improve and invest in your customer service for more timely appointment setting.)I will still go back to Kindred and recommend it to others for NON-URGENT consultations.

I booked for an Executive Well Woman Checkup Package. I looked forward to this since my last ine was 2yrs ago. My initial consult was good. The doctor was comfortable to talk to about my concerns. She was also the one who did my breast exam and pap smear that same session. She was thorough and communicated very well.For my 2nd appointment, I was scheduled for my blood extraction, ecg and getting of samples for lab tests. I was given ample reminders via email about it. I made the necessary preparations like the fasting and cleared my schedule for it. I got to my appointment 30mins earlier then I started to wonder why I havent been called for blood extraction as I was close to being overfasted. I already was having a feeling that something wasnt going right. True enough, I was told almost 1hr after I got there that the medtech was nit going to make it due to an emergency. It was really disappointing because I prepared and made time for it. I expressed my disappointment and left the clinic. About a couple of days later, someone from Kindred got in touch to let me know that all the tests that were cancelled that day will be done via home service and free of charge. This was a very good gesture after all the trouble I went through that day. I appreciated it very much. All my tests were done on the schedule I set with them.My last few tests were done in a HiPrecision branch of my choosing. This went smoothly since Kindred already issued a referral form for all the ultrasounds and xray I had to do.All of the results of my tests were sent to me quite fast and was able to view them easily. They also sent a link so I can set an appointment for my post-consultation which was very convenient.My post-consult started just about on time. Itwas done with another doctor, different from my initial consult. Just like the first doctor, she was also very easy to talk to and commincated all my test results in a clear and easy way to understand. She also made me feel comfortable talking about my concerns and answering my questions.Overall, it was a good experience in Kindred. I take it to be all in a days work, sometimes all goes well. At times, people just happen to have emergencies and it affects all other peoples schedules in a bad way. However, Im glad they were able to take action on the matter and offered me a solution.I still recommend them to my family and friends. :)

I had my annual wellness check in Kindred (got their comprehensive package at a discount using one of their codes as a subscriber to their newsletter) and had a really, really pleasant experience. Super convenient purchasing and booking process.The consultations: The doctors at Kindred were very friendly and professional (no long waiting time too--my scheduled appointments were followed). I felt at ease and didnt feel rushed. Got the scans and reports of my transvaginal and breast UTZ shortly after the consultations.For the laboratory, I was given the choice to come back to the clinic in BGC or to go to one of their partner clinics. I opted to go to their partner clinic nearer my place. Very smooth transaction with Kindreds referral and I was done in less than an hour.(And even though I had my labs done in a different clinic, Kindred kept me updated with the results.)The staff at the clinic were accommodating and helpful with questions about the process too.Overall, had a great experience with this clinic.

HPV vaccine.So sad to read the negative reviews here! So far I had an OK experience with my gardasil 9 vaccine. I purchased it on a promo, 13k instead of 26k PHP for 3 doses. I chose my preferred appointment date in the email they sent and a confirmation email was sent the day before my vaccine schedule. Would have been better if an earlier confirmation was sent 😅 the vaccination process was quick and the doc explained what to do after and what to anticipate. she even showed my the expiration date and details on the box to make sure Im getting Gardasil 9, not Gardasil 3 (less HPV strains).2nd shot:Still a great experience! The next schedule date is indicated on your booklet BUT you still have to set an appointment on the booking calendar you got for your first dose. Im not sure if you can have the receptionist book it for you before leaving the clinic but I book it myself to be sure + I have a confirmation email.

Today I had my first OB consultation with Dr Marianne Go. For the initial consultation, she performed transvaginal ultrasound, pap smear, and breast exam as part of the executive checkup package we availed. All went smoothly, and procedures were done professionally. Dr Go explained everything well — from my condition, to treatment plans. She was warm and welcoming, and not judgmental at all. Appointment schedule was followed to the dot — the consultation session and procedures started on time and lasted for about 30 mins. The accomodating nurse also explained fully what labs and procedures to do, and how to prepare for them. All in all, my experience was great! So my anxiety leading up to my first OB consult was literally for nothing. Thank you Kindred for putting up a one stop place dedicated for women’s health. God bless your institution.

Im in my mid-30s and Ive never been to the Gyno which makes Kindreds online consultations perfect for me. I initially booked a consult for my irregular cycle and was prescribed contraceptive pills. Dr. Alfabeto was very detailed when I asked about potential side effects.Because of that experience I booked the Comprehensive Annual Well Woman package during their 11.11 sale and I was able to complete all my procedures before the end of 2023. Staff at the clinic are very nice and accommodating. All tests were done in a safe and assuring manner where the doctor talked me through the whole process; it was the perfect experience for a first-timer like me.I definitely recommend Kindred to women who need the extra assurance of a safe space where their concerns are addressed and not judged.

I couldnt have asked for a more efficient day with my two appointments! I had both my HPV vaccine (first dose) + OBGYN consultation. With my vaccine, the nurse was so kind and detail-oriented. I was even given a vaccine card and briefed on the vaccine itself. For my OBGYN consultation, all my nerves were calmed by my OB. My OB, Doc. Michelle, was so comprehensive throughout the consultation. It was my first time going to the OB, but Doc. Michelle made the experience less terrifying - I really felt like Kindred gave me a safe space because she answered all my questions with an open-mind, free of judgement. During my first attempt to book, a few negative reviews made me quit halfway through the reservation process. My previous experiences with obgyns in other cities werent great, so this time, I was determined to find the right fit. Still wasn’t sure where to go when a month later, I spotted a discount coupon ad on IG and thought, Why not? ———Im really glad “nabudol” ako lol. Although the appointment didnt kick off as planned, a 30-minute wait (standard for busy clinics) was no big deal. The nurses and staff were friendly and helpful.
