Marlow is good. As long as you have the relevant seafaring experience both in local and international ships. However, career progression is very slow. Trainings are plenty. They have trainings for almost everything (which takes up time) some trainings are useful while others are downright questionable (painting, de-rusting). If you want security and a stable seagoing career this company caters to over 1600 ships.
