The best assessment center for practical examinations both for OIC-EW and OIC-NW including management levels. Sure pass here. The trainers are very competent and very knowledgeable. Very cheap also. Although training here is expensive but very worth it. Look for no other center. Choose this one.

Pandemic Review: this is so far the only Maritime Training in the Philippines that offers blended online training which means you can do online training then actual practicum. The practicum site practices good standards in sanitation. The online process of enrolment and paperwork though needs improvement.

The best training center especially for getting Basic Training. They are hands on teaching whether online or on site. I really enjoyed the assessment because the trainer, assessor and staff were very professional. They are strict so you just really focus on what is being taught. You wont be bored because you can make fun of all the staff there. Their pool is so clean! There is no proper faucet and sink when washing or brushing your teeth in the locker.Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

They say that the instructor is really strict in the far east.., for me it should be strict for everyone to listen.. its a shame that we paid for it and theres no one to learn from..😂 I guess its hard when the instructor is nice and all the trainees listen😂 so when the quiz comes to answer😂😂In the practicum, you can tell that the instructors on the site are worth it and are more polite.. They are nice when they start teaching, but when they start teaching, they are not nice anymore.BT-Ref & PscrB full course. done💪 see u after 5 years 😅

I am happy with this training center. I take almost all my training here whether its in Cebu or their branch, the quality of teaching is the same for those who go on the boat.
