As a member of participants, visited this Academy during January 1984 to attend the course The Project Feasibility, Appraisal and Implementation, organized by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and Asian Development Bank. We enjoyed and learnt a lot in this Academy. The members of the faculty were highly qualified imparted knowledge and cleared concepts in a very cordial way, that our concepts were clear till now, it was the time we spent there, -
