From admission until the discharge process and the visits in between, Dr. Aldwin made sure to make the patient as well as the family comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Aldwin is a very good listener and he also takes time to explain every process to the family. This really helped us make the proper and well-informed decisions for our dad. As the attending he also coordinated all of the referred physicians which really provided the best multi-disciplinary care for our dad. Ive had the best experience with Dr. Ong from my consultation up to my surgery. Doc is good at what he does. He is not intimidating unlike other doctors who make you shy to ask questions that are not clear to you. During my operation, he really supported me especially when I am in too much pain. I didnt feel that he tripped even though I was screaming in pain. Thank you very much, Doc. What you did means a lot not just to me, but for my family because I can walk properly.
