    We went to this clinic yesterday for my husband’s lapchole…I must say that we got a service that was comparable to a private hospital but in a much affordable price. The nurse and staff were nice to us and treated us like friend while showing us respect. We were informed about the procedure. Doctors were humble and easy to talk to.I am writing this to help those people like us who are searching for a clinic or hospital to do the surgery on a budget.     Had surgery here 3weeks ago. front desk, nurses and doctors (especially Dr. John Victor) are very efficient, caring and professional. the lovely nurse who took care of me (forgot her name) made sure i was comfortable before surgery until i was discharged (very good bed side manner). the area was in a very exposed site but stiches were done very neat and nice. would absolutely recommend this clinic. 5 star!! ❤️thanks to the team

    I had my Rhinoplasty procedure in this clinic a while back and it was truly a very smooth and pleasant experience. The doctors were very friendly and professional and you’ll feel very comfortable in communicating with them in terms of what you want and what to expect. The surgery room was new and very clean. The procedure itself went smoothly without any issues at all. And the best part was that the final result really enhanced my face in a very natural way. It didn’t look fake at all…it looked natural and complemented my facial features. I am very pleased and satisfied!

You dont need to go their clinic for the diagnosis, it can be done online.The staff is also very helpful. From the moment you arrive they will treat you with care.The facility is top of the line.     The clinic is very accomodating. we received professional services with highest care from the doctors and crew. we did not feel stressed as the people in the clinic are very jolly and easy to be with. the care we received was extraordinary and of highest standard. Doctor De Gracia and the other surgeon (Doctor Victor) are very informative. they are so kind and provide insights and thorough explanations on what will happen (post and pre-surgery). you can also talk to them about non medical topics like getting tattoos, sports, gym suggestions, dieting, etc.we didnt feel bored during our stay as there is a monitor available where you can access netflix, youtube, tlc, and prime (already availble in the monitor). you can watch movies or tv series exclusive to the patient and visitors companion while lying in the bed and in the reclinable seat. you can also store food in their refrigerator if in case you need to.one thing also is the exclusive comfort room. it is very clean and spacious..btw the building and other facilities also are clean and you will feel relaxed and comfortable as you enter from the entrance. you will not feel fear or kaba kasi nga alam mo agad na nasa good hands ka.. so ayun, we will surely refer this facility to whoever needs/deserves such care and services. This clinic including the doctors and nurse and crew are highly recommendable..

    It was 2015 when I met Doc JV De Gracia. Fast forward, he provided excellent care for my mother during her battle with stage 2b breast cancer. His dedication to his patients before, during, and after medical treatments (my mom’s journey from biopsy, total mastectomy of right breast, 6 sessions of chemotheraphy and 33 sessions of radiotheraphy, monitoring and followup checkups since then up to the present), speaks about his skill and compassion as a good doctor/ surgeon.     Just had my infected keloid surgically removed 2 days ago at the De Gracia Multispecialty Clinic.Was attended to by my surgeon Dr. Victor Putera who was the kindest, most reassuring surgeon our family has ever met. Unlike many doctors today who make their patients feel rushed, the group of doctors at the De Gracia Clinic had a common tangible vibe. It was to serve and make you feel like a VIP when it came to asking their patients all the right questions and encouraging you to also clarify anything else you feel you need to be assured of.Meanwhile, the facility itself was more than sufficient for my specific procedure. The staff and nurses were more than efficient and on top of things all the time. The recovery room was clean and spacious and had a lazy boy type full reclining seat that my husband happily used to keep me company. Netflix was readily available as a thoughtful and generous gesture for the patients and their companion. A good working refrigerator provided and a spacious and spanking clean toilet and bath en suite.Over all, this experience we had at the De Gracia multi specialty clinic made me and my husband rethink of the invaluable quality of very personalised and thoughtful service we enjoyed at this fully equipped surgical clinic. We highly doubt we will receive the same treatment in bigger, more expensive hospitals.We highly, highly recommend this Multispecialty clinic in Pasay City.Thanks most especially to the amazing Dr. Victor Putera.

    I want to thank De Gracia multi specialty center and especially my surgeon Dr. Henry del Rosario the nurses, anesthesiologist the team who took care of me during my lap. Chole surgery thank you so much to you. I was so stressed last 2 weeks ago because I didnt know where I could find a hospital where I could be operated on right away because my flight was chasing me and I started to search on Facebook and a pop up then I messaged a msg. As for the others, it took a long time to schedule. As for the others, there was no response. I called because as soon as possible, then Dr. Nikita Ko. Henry del Rosario that was April 8 around 5 am in the morning and he was the one who replied to me early and it was smooth. When we talked, I asked when I could schedule the operation as soon as possible. Hopefully then he scheduled me right away on April 10 early in the morning. Everything was smooth and the speed of the procedure was smooth and now its been 5 days since the operations and Im getting better. Thank you so much again and I will highly recommend the de Gracia multi specialty center msg. You are the only one with them they are very accommodating.
