I needed to get Covid testing within 24 hours of my flight to USA. Im staying at a hotel about 200 yards from Robinsons Place in Manila and luckily Kaiser has a testing site on the underground parking area. Yin Yin (Yen Yen?) was extremely helpful in getting the tests done. I had both the antigen and the full blown Covid test done. The rapid antigen test results only took about 20 minutes and I received the RT-PCR results in about 6 hours. I cant say enough about Yin Yin making the experience very enjoyable, except the part where she swabbed my brain! LOLI had asked the hotel staff at the Grand Regency where I could get the tests done and they referred me to St. Luke Hospital but didnt know where it was located. I will pass on the information about the Kaiser drive by location to the hotel manager so future travelers can get tested close by and have the results quickly. It was a stroke of luck to have found this location and considering the short time it took to get the results back, I would give them 10 stars if possible. Again, I cant say enough about how enjoyable Yin Yin made the experience. Great sense of humor too!

On August 26, 2021 I went to this center for my Covid test a day before my flight back to Hawaii. Knowing I only have 24 hrs to get this done, my stress level was up. I was dropped off at the entrance door by my sister as they have to find parking. My younger sister should be there to help me with my internet needs but she’s out there looking for parking.I am a senior and need help with a few things from using my cellphone etc etc. Let’s just say I am not a high tech individual.I was met by a female staff and a male staff. The male staff was so courteous, friendly and helpful. He explained everything from the charges ( to save me monies). On top of that, when he saw me struggling with my cellphone he volunteered to enter and connect me to their wifi. My eyesight is not that great. And it will take me forever to do those things the high tech individual can do in a heartbeat.The questionnaires were quite lengthy. This male staff patiently guided me to fill it out.Then there was a 3page paper work I needed to fill out after the on line requirements.By now u would think this male staff has had it with me. No way! He went beyond his job responsibilities.I felt so blessed encountering a personnel like him. I can’t describe how much I appreciate his kindness and professionalism.There’s still people that have a lot of compassion and want to do their best in their workplace.Thank you so much RYAN!! ( I had to know his name before I left). Thanks Kaiser for such an exceptional employee.
