I’ve always had dental anxiety because of past bad experiences, but this visit completely changed that. Dr. Segui was so gentle, reassuring, and what I really appreciated was how she explained everything — every step, every option — so I always knew what was happening. It made me feel calm and in control the whole time. The surgical extraction was smooth, pain-free and fast — she was done even before I got scared. The clinic was sparkling clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was genuinely great. So glad I found this place!

I went in for a root canal treatment (RCT) and was honestly a bit nervous, but the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. The attention to detail was impressive—they matched the color perfectly and ensured the fit was just right. In December 2024, I searched for a dentist near where I live in Makatii City. I decided to go with Cosmo Dental since it got the most stars from its patients reviews. I was fortunate and very satisfied with the dental work that I received including deep root cleaning, tooth extraction, laser tooth whitening, and crown/bridge. Everything is perfect, what else could a patient receive from a perfectionist dentist - Dr. Isabelle Lorraine Segui. She is the best dentist in all aspects of her work. I also commend her support staff for their professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service.

I just had the pleasure of having a wisdom teeth extracted at Cosmo Dental Clinic By Dr. Segui and Associates, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They spent time going over the process with me and responding to any queries I had. They took care to keep me pain-free and comfortable during the extraction. You are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and hands-on, from the initial consultation to the post-operative check-up. Many thanks also to Dr. Mojica, my anesthesiologist, who is really kind and makes you feel comfortable. I can now proceed with my ortho treatment.

I consulted Dr.Segui of Cosmo Dental during my recent trip to the Philippines regarding my dental implants done in the U.S. I was having a healing problem in the implant sites that gave me so much discomfort and agony that lasted for quite a long time. I purposely sought her for 2nd opinion after knowing that implants is one of her service expertise and true enough, she provided me a very helpful and logical explanations surrounding my dental conditions. I really appreciate the fact that she fully understood the burden I was dealing with when she accomdated me for dental examination the very next day in their Makati Br. I came back to the U.S with a settled mind knowing that there was no concerning abnormalities found and healing part is said to be forthcoming though in just slow progression due to my other medical issues.Thanks a lot Dr.Segui and hope to see and visit you again in your clinic someday.

Dr. Isabelle Segui provided the best medical treatment for my dental needs. She was very thorough with the treatment plan and I felt safe and secure during the whole process. She has very gentle and light hands that I didn’t feel any pressure and pain throughout the procedure. She even provided post operative care which I really appreciated. Her staff were also reliable and accommodating. I also love the new clinic in Eton Makati. It’s very chic, elegant and has a relaxing ambience. Dr Segui is by far the most thorough, professional, articulate, and meticulous dentist I’ve seen. She managed my expectations realistically and very honest with her opinion, unlike some showbiz dentists whose approach is like a car salesman [if you get what I mean]. She explained the entire process of my procedure, timeline, and after effects. She was very easy to talk to, bubbly, and has very gentle hands. She is very sensitive with her patients and was always ready to remedy/fix any discomfort one may feel. Her staff are also very attentive and professional. They help make you feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend her and see her in the future for any dental works.

I would like to thank everyone I have been interacting with for my treatment at Cosmo Dental. I received treatment at the office of Makati. I have been treated so well that I felt special. It was very much appreciated. Everyone is extremely polite, treat you with respect. It was Dr Bianca the dentist, she was very understanding, explain me everything prior to treatment and we agreed on the treatment that would be appropriate. She was also very polite and also very gentle. I didnt feel any pain, discomfort. She did everything so that I felt comfortable during the treatment. I strongly recommend Cosmo Dental, everyone staff working there and specially Dr Bianca. When I am back to the Philippines I will go back to Cosmo Dental for my other treatments. You are the best guys.

Pursued my orthodontic treatment with them and I highly recommend the staff utmost professionalism from front office down to the actual dental treatment itself. The scheduling is such a breeze with them. More so, my dental concerns are immediately attended by Dr Segui and her staff. We highly recommend this dental office in Makati. Paking is extremely convenient and getting to the office is pretty easy. We will back!

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. Dr. Isabelle Segui did a great job, she explained the treatment plan very well before to proceed on my dental Treatment.
