    To be honest, I’m not fond of dental clinics and rarely visit because I can’t tolerate pain. But I’m glad I discovered this clinic…they really help you adjust and feel at ease. The dentists are very kind, and the staff are just as friendly. The facilities are also very clean. As for the pain? I barely felt any. I’ve been here three times in a row now, and the care and treatment have been consistently excellent.

    My 15-year-old daughter recently visited Dr. Aina for her TMJ issues. We had tried other clinics before, but hands down, Dr. Aina is one of the best TMJ specialists in the Philippines.My daughter had difficulty opening her mouth and felt severe pain while chewing. Dr. Aina didn’t force any painful movements during the exam and took the time to carefully observe her condition and listen to her concerns with genuine kindness. Through a panoramic X-ray and bite analysis, she accurately identified the root cause of the pain and suggested multiple treatment options tailored to my daughter’s needs.The front desk staff were also incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when it came to paperwork and follow-up. They didn’t just stop at the appointment—they even checked in on how my daughter was doing afterward.If youre struggling with TMJ issues, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Aina and the team at Elevate Dental!

I have been going to Elevate Dental for cleaning services since 2021, and with my pleasant experience I decided to proceed with orthodontic treatment as well.     I live overseas and had 2 emax crowns done at Mitsukoshi and BSO branches with Dr Yvonne. The process from email booking until the end product was seamless and Dr Yvonne was very thorough with explaining each step during the 2 appointments. Their main selling point for me was the prompt service and the fact they had an in house lab made everything move so much quicker! 2 excellent quality crowns done in less than a week, super impressive. My city could never! She did a beyond exceptional job and my smile has never been better. Thanks team! Ill definitely be back

    Elevate Dental was very accommodating when scheduling as I needed to change the time of my appointment. The office is clean. When I arrived they were friendly and polite. They have an option to watch tv while they work. Blankets are available to use while in the chair which was nice also. Dr. Phoebe was kind and answered all my questions.

    I had my first consultation with Dr. Joyce today and immediately got the impression that she is a wonderful orthodontist. She explained precisely and to the point which treatment steps are necessary in which order, in which timeframe they can be carried out, she discussed the prices and, as a doctor herself (no orthodontist in Germany would stoop to this), carried out the teeth cleaning with the greatest possible precision and without time pressure. The procedures in the practice are very well organized and the assistants are friendly and service-oriented. After the consultation and the first treatment by Dr. Joyce, there was no longer any question wether I would like to be treated at Elevate Dental. You are really in good hands here.

    I discovered this place at the height of the pandemic, urgently looking for dental care that has a clean space, offers assurance against virus transmission and has great reviews. Thats it! I requested an appointment thru their website in the wee hours and received a call that same morning to verify my availability. Swift customer service! From then on, I had undergone various procedures, from impacted tooth removal to dental braces, and multiple root canal treatment (dont be like me 😅). The place has all the necessary equipment and even advance tools for for a wide range of dental treatments.Dra. Joyce and Dra. Red, SALAMAT PO SA BUHAY NIYO 🫡 theyre both very skilled and delicate in handling my case. I know I’m in good hands as long as its them doing the procedure.I am extremely satisfied, and at this point, I dont think I would look for another clinic.

    Excellent service and staff, plus wonderful interiors! I feel so pampered and taken care of whenever I visit Elevate (and their former clinic). Aside from regularly making sure that my smile is free from coffee stains, my dentist, Dra. Esther Tan, was also the one who gave me a “dental glow up” by doing “gum lift” on me. I have naturally small teeth and so gingivectomy (aka gum lift) was perfect for me. The procedure was a breeze! No pain at all!Oh, and plus points that you can watch Netflix while having your dental treatments! 15/10 would reco for your dental needs and your “me time” needs! 😄

    Before going to elevate, I went through a great ordeal of pain from another clinic as my Hot tooth case was hard to apply anesthesia. After being referred to Dr. Red, she constantly reassured me and she didnt downplay my fear. The process was quick and in the end i was surprised that i didnt feel any pain compared to my previous visit to another clinic. Highly recommended, thank you Dr. Red for the painless extraction.

    I had been interested in porcelain veneers for years but was always apprehensive of the cost here in the US. When I knew I’d be back in the Philippines for a few weeks in Feb 2023, I started searching for top cosmetic dentists in the BGC area. I found Elevate and I’m so happy I did. I booked my consultation prior to my trip and then booked subsequent appointments during my consultation and now - I couldn’t be happier with my new smile 😃.I’ve always had high anxiety around dentists and Dr. Jasmin made me feel super comfortable. She walked me through what the procedures would be like. Altogether I had the consultation, airflow teeth cleaning, 2 rounds of zoom whitening, minimal tooth preparation, temporary veneer installation, and permanent veneer installation all within my 3 week vacation. Dr. Jasmin even spaced out all my appointments so that I could still take a couple short trips to Cebu and Siargao. The pricing was super affordable compared to the US and Dr. Jasmin is truly a pro. She took her time to make sure my smile looked exactly how I saw it in my mind. Also - the office itself is beautiful and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back for future check-ups! Thanks again!

I had been having some teeth problems for a while but was so hesitant about going to a dentist because of some previous bad experiences at other dentists. But because of me waiting, my teeth issues had become worse. My wife found an ad for Elevate Dental online so I checked out their website and they looked nice. So I made an appointment and was impressed that they opened at 8:00 AM. When I went there I was actually very surprised with how nice the entire staff there is and how spacious and clean the entire place is. I had work done by 3 different doctors there and they were all excellent and very professional..I was so nervous at first but everyone there really makes you feel welcome and calm. I was extremely satisfied and happy with all the work that I had done there. I just wish I had found out about them and gone there earlier. I highly recommend Elevate Dental to everyone. I shopped for dental office because I wanted to squeeze in a quick dental visit during my short visit to the Philippines. Of all the dental offices I talked to, its only Elevate dental who was so informative and accomodating. They were just so cordial with all of my request, from the my first inquiry til I fly out.Doc MJ is a Rockstar. He is just so passionate with his craft. He made alot of recommendations but he was not pushy about it.     Had a great experience here in Elevate dental last march 23, 2022. I love the ambiance of the interior. Front desk officer are very welcoming. Great job to Doc Aziel and her assistant (I forgot her name) for saving my crack composite veneers. The output just really look natural from my existing veneers. And what I love about this clinic is they make you feel comfortable during the process. Thank you for checking on me by the way days after the process. Appreciate it. The price is quite expensive compared to other clinic, but its worth it.

    This is the most kid friendly dental clinic ever. My son doesnt want going to the dentist but his experience on that day was enjoyable. Everybody were trained on how to handle kids. They have a big TV screen so that kids wont get bored. The interior design of the clinic is very modern. It is also the first time I heard about airflow teeth cleaning. It wasnt painful and they make sure you get the most excellent and comfortable dental experience.

My mother & I had found Elevate from an initial Google search. They picked up the phone right away and gave us full information when we asked about services and prices. As a Balikbayan from the United States, it is incredibly critical that I found a dentist to address my concerns that would be transparent and work well with my limited travel schedule. I went to several dental clinics such as GAOC, CAD Dental Clinic, Smile Professionals Dr. Moscoso, and Apostol Dental who all claim to be great and over promised; they also overcharged for simply getting price estimates. Elevate Dental quickly saw me for a teeth whitening appointment and on the spot, they provided me with price estimates for veneers which is what I was really on the hunt for.Next, I must rave about their clinic! Each clinic I visited of Elevate’s (been to Greenville & ended up getting all my work done at BGC branch) was sparkling clean, well appointed decor, nice bathrooms (the balikbayan in me was rejoicing for this ;)), and always a pleasant area to wait for your appointment. They even had Netflix readily available for you for during your procedure! A nice touch, along with the blanket I was given to be extra comfortable.And lastly, I would like to acknowledge the staff and Dr. MJ. There was another female dentist who was phenomenal that I initially saw, but her name is slipping me at the moment (will update this review once I recall), and another dentist named Dr. Kevin that my mother saw for a consult but hasn’t decided to move forward with her procedure yet. The great thing about the staff is that they deliver what they say they will and keep a tight line of communication with each other and the docs so that everyone is aware of the patient’s situation and needs. My procedure required multiple moving parts and on a tight timeline and I was impressed with their coordination.Another thing I liked about their system is that each dentist will refer you to someone that specializes in what you need. I was referred to Dr. MJ by another one of their dentists (the female dentist I mentioned earlier) because he is the go-to for cosmetic procedures. He was very direct, transparent, and managed expectations very professionally yet a warm demeanor. He also had a caring handle when it came to the parts of my procedure that made me a little apprehensive and he was able to make me very comfortable. He took time to study my case and went a little further to make sure to address my concerns by coordinating with their medical director on some extra materials needed for my procedure.Stop searching for your next dentist and visit ELEVATE dental! I for sure will be back for other work when I come back to visit the Philippines! 🙏🏽❤️

    The clinic was by far the best weve been to. The moment you enter the clinic you will feel at ease because it is so clean and the smell is so great (hotel level by the way!). I tried their air flow plus scaler cleaning combination and I would say that the air flow is a much nicer procedure if you’re prone to sensitivity.     First time at a dentist in 7 years (last time was also in BGC, but couldn’t find my old dentist). Had 6 fillings and a sealant. Was done very quickly, and if you’re used to American dentists this place is more like a day at the spa (without the massage of course). Back home, dentistry services are rough, expensive, and lengthy. I was shocked that I got all what I needed done in what would have taken probably twice the time back home.They have a new jet-like cleaner that is virtually painless if you don’t like the regular sonic metal pick cleaner thingy that goes wirzzzzzDefinitely will come back (but not anytime soon because they did such a great job, probably for a cleaning if I’m ever back in Manila). I’m for sure recommending this place to my friends and family.If it counts, I only chose this place because of the photos I saw (and others’ ratings). I like the decor and friendly staff. Location is perfect as well, there is a waxing salon, spa, and a Starbucks for any of your family members who are waiting for you or if you are waiting for someone who has an appointment.DO NOT settle for less in Manila when it comes to your teeth. It is a major investment and key to your health! Get the reasonably best, and so far, for me, that’s Elevate Dental.Only advice I have is if you are just visiting Philippines for medical/vacation you have to make sure to keep in good contact with the front desk so your appointment doesn’t get altered unexpectedly. Dentists (I went here for Invisalign, which also meant that they had to remove 2 wisdom teeth.)* On removing wisdom teeth: Doc Red is possibly THE BEST dentist who can do extractions! Fast — Less than an hour for both teeth. Painless — I did not feel any pain during the procedure, after the anesthesia subsided, and even in the next 7 days after. Perfect dosages of all meds given I guess + she’s just so skilled at extracting! And no issues after the procedure. No unusual bleeding, no fever, or any pain whatsoever. I resumed my normal routine after 7 days.* Invisalign: I’m on my 14th/36th week, and I’m loving the results so far! I can’t wait to see the end result! All my meetings with them have been really pleasant, informative and efficient. I love how I can really feel Doc Aina and Doc Esther’s care in crafting my treatment plan so I finish within the year in time for my wedding this December.2.     It was my first visit to Casipit Dental and my procedure was not easy - I needed major cleaning and three teeth (all molars) extracted via surgery. I also other concerns like crown replacement, bridges or possibly braces and Dr. Aziel said she will discuss my treatment plan on my next visit. She was also very patient to answer all of my questions as I had quite a lot!To prepare, I had a panoramic x-ray done in the same clinic (what a joy that I need not go to another facility for this!) for a better assessment of my case.The cleaning procedure was very fast and painless as there was really an effort to make the procedure giving me the least possible discomfort. The extraction was also made as painless as possible considering my low tolerance to pain, and with proper post-care instructions.The booking process was very easy, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I was even surprised to receive a text two days after my extraction to ask how I was feeling. That, for me, was going the extra mile for good service.I am very happy to have gone to Casipit Dental, no regrets at all.     I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.Pros:- Very clean place with supurb interior design- Reception/support service is easy to get hold of and easy to book appointments- Ive had dental visits in others and I was surprised that they placed lip balm and gave me an eye protector which both really made sense!- Dr. Locsin was very informative and truthful to my dental needs - what i need and dont need. Every step of the way she explained what the problem is and what the options are.     I learned the clinic from my fiancee, she’s been going there several times already for her braces. I liked the work they did with her felt like her dentist is really good, “bring me with you in your next session” i told her. As I cannot find a good clinic near our new location at that time. We came yesterday for our 1pm appointment, they did the usual adjustment of her braces *easy*, but for me cleaning and multiple dental fillings took at least 3hrs i guess. Imagine 4 straight hrs for us both! The dentist (dr joyce) and the assistant are both professionals they want us to feel satisfied and taken care of. You can tell the moment you step in, staff are welcoming and accomodating. Looking forward on our next appointments, i think we found a gem of a dental clinic.

    Had a great experience in visiting clinic as they strictly follows their rules in regards to the pandemic, even the staff that interact with the patient is always on their PPE gear the whole visit. They will also contact you to align if any of the schedule will change in advance thus providing patient time to also make change of plans. Also appreciate Dr Aina greatly as she guided me in the whole process and explained properly why a certain step is needed to be done first.

    I was able to conquer my fear of pain. At first i was so scared and shaking, but everything went well. I was honestly surprised and shock that i made it without crying at all. Thanks to Doc Aziel Azul and Jen as her assistant. I will never forget the service and care they did. She was so gentle and kind. Im very happy and satisfied in receiving an excellent service with this clinic. Highly recommendable. Plus the receptionist are very hospitable.Tho i was not able to use my HMO, the service is worth paying for. I would love to go back here for a regular check up. :)

    I’m a braces transfer patient from Indonesia. Due to the pandemic, I’m unable to get my braces treatment until I came to Philippine and found Casipit from Google. In short, i get my braces examined by Dr. Yvone. Dr. Yvone is very professional. I’ve been asked for referral letter from my dentist in Indonesia and she did give me best solution for my case. I did teeth xray, bracket removal, dental cleaning, and get retainer to keep my teeth in current state until i get back to Indonesia. If you have the budget, I highly recommend Casipit or now rebranding to Elevate Dental. Kaye from the front desk is also helpful. They are easy to reach just one message away. Aina -BGC who patiently and carefully extracted my wisdom tooth for 2hrs and to her assistant who is so maasikaso😁. Clinic has free netflix movie while your having your procedure. after extraction wala masyadong pamamaga, no pain din after mawala ang anesthesia although naka advil and amoxicillin ako. lahat ng food ko naka blender para soft at cold para mabilis clotting ng blood sa area. No discomfort at all. The blood clot in the site is also intact very important to avoid dry socket.
