I had a tooth extraction appointment with Dr. Paolo at Primea Makati Branch, and the experience was superb. The moment I walked in the lobby I was greeted with warm smiles by the receptionist.The place is very homey and clean which made me comfortable since I’m a germophobe.Dr. Paolo explained the process thoroughly including the post operation care.I appreciate how he addressed my questions, he made me feel less anxious before the procedure.The over-all experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . the procedure didn’t take long and it’s almost pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Paolo 😊 he worked wonders, skilled and very professional.For a dental clinic located at the CBD area their professional fees are very reasonable. I willdefinitely comeback for my future dental needs!

The clinic has a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The equipment they use are nice and state of the art. The staff and doctors are very friendly and are experts at what they do. Everybodys so welcoming. Highly recommended! (Tip: The clinic is located in Bautista Street, the back side of Three Salcedos main entrance. Go up a few steps to find it.)

5 stars for Primea Dental!Upon entering the clinic i was greeted by warm smiles and then my Doctor (Dr. Paolo Doromal) came, Dr. Pao has the best energy! He makes the procedure easy and fun! Kudos to ate Susan too for helping!The procedures made was dental fillings and tooth extraction but Dr. Pao made it feel like a walk in the park cause it was fast and no pain at all. Very good doctor!Clinic feels luxurious, Top-notch equipment and also very clean!Exceptional Care and Knowledgeable Staff! Reasonable prices too! Highly recommended! Will surely come back!🫶🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Paolo are FANTASTIC. I didn’t feel even a pinch with Dr. Stephanie. Very light hand and good bedside manner. Dr. Paolo was attending to my husband’s and did a phenomenal job. We go to dentist regularly and the stains on his teeth due to espresso and red wine consumption daily are always there even after dental cleaning, we thought it’s a permanent stain but we were wrong. We were so impressed with their work and equipment. The staff are very polite and the office is very clean and inviting. We can’t wait go back to the Philippines just see them again 😂. The bad part now is, my husband is now mad at our prior dentist, and were friendly as we had dinner with her a couple of times. This place is very highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Paolo is a great dentist! He was honest, kind, and friendly. I didn’t realize what a good job he did with my cleaning until a few days later when I noticed how much whiter my teeth were! He did a very thorough job and didn’t recommend anything that wasn’t necessary. Definitely a doctor you can trust.

Just stumbled upon this place while walking around - Im glad we did. Highly recommended. Place is spotless, staff are nice, friendly & professional. Service is great. Very hygienic. They send you reminders as well ahead of your appointment. I had cleaning & stain removal by Dr. Doromal & very happy with it. They also accept card payment. :) will be coming back.

Being used to dental clinics in the US, I was at first hesitant to do my dental procedures in the Philippines. However, my close friend, Dr. Paolo Doromal, removed all my worries along with his other colleague, Dr.Cruz. At our place, it’s usually the dentists assistants who will do the dental procedures, and the doctors will just check afterward to see if there are any more procedures to be done. Here at Primea, the dentists are the ones doing all the procedures. I was only in the Philippines for a few days, & Dr. Doromal accommodated me by doing all my procedures (deep cleaning & fillings) within one day and in less than 2 hours. He thoroughly cleaned my teeth & did my fillings. Now, I’m confident to come back to their clinics for my dental routines. I strongly recommend this clinic. Primea has affordable prices, good equipment, clean clinic, & friendly people. 👍👏

The best clinic I ever visited! Everyone in this clinic is friendly, their place is clean and modern-looking, plus the prices are affordable. You really pay for the good service they give you. Kudos to my dentist, Doc Vito Cruz! He fixed my teeth and I really love it! Hes also very warm and explains what he does to your teeth.

The place is so tastefully designed -- when you walk in, it definitely doesnt feel like a dental clinic, which puts me at ease right away. The staff at the reception are always smiling and ready to help. The dentists and dental assistants are always in proper uniform, which immediately tells you that theyre professionals. As for the service itself, Id give it more than 5 stars if I could! They know what theyre doing and theyre really good at it. Let me just share this story --I grew up with a mild trauma of dental procedures in general, so you can imagine how scared I was to get the necessary surgery for my impacted wisdom teeth. But Dr. Vito explained everything (from the procedure to the post-op and even the recovery) so well, and in a reassuring tone, too, that I was able to get past the fear and get it done. The surgery went really well. And on the recovery, I followed his advice to the letter and so I healed really nicely (and fast, too!).They accept HMOs for those who have dental coverage in their plan. Im sure all other dentists in the Primea Dental Team are awesome, but I personally recommend my own dentist (of course!), Dr. Vito. Look for him when you visit! :)

Theyre very reasonable and I appreciate that they always explain well your condition/status of your teeth, ask you if they will do anything to your teeth, and inform you of all the options you can take. Im glad Im able to find a good dental clinic!

Doc Don and Doc Erwin have been my dentists for years now. I must say, they are very knowledgeable in their craft and they know how to handle their patients really well. These professionals have exceeded my expectations.Clinic is pristine with newly installed equipment and very friendly staff.I live outside Makati but I wouldn’t mind driving to their place because that is how I trust their service.

Dr Laura Urzola is one of the best dentists I have come across so far!! If you are in Philippines, she should be your go to dentist. She is so thorough and takes immense care of patients needs. She is so passionate about her job that it shows in the quality of treatment . As far as the clinic goes, they follow strict infection control protocols. It is tidy and the place has street parking right in front of the clinic . 5 stars !!

Dra. Urzola is the best! Her expertise in her field, her deft hands and most memorable, her warmth & concern for her patients make the Primea Dental experience top-notch in Manila. She really takes the time to assuage whatever doubts & fears you may have and explains everything in great detail. I have recommended her to a few friends since I was extremely happy with the service I received. One of them had a dental emergency and she made sure she took care of her above and beyond what was necessary! I was truly grateful she could help her during these unusual times.

The clinic is sooooo nice!!!!! And smells good too :).Dr Pao is so much nicer and my 6yr old is so comfortable with him, not scared of him at all. My visits have been delightful experience. Dr. Vito Cruz took such good care of me. I am pregnant when I had my dental procedure. Everything was explained in details so I dont have to worry at all. Even during ECQ Dr. Vito Cruz answered my text messages right away when another dental issue occured. I felt really safe in his hands. I highly recommend Primea Dental. Everyone is accommodating, professional and very pleasant. Excellent team! Will come back soon. Thanks!

I super recommend this clinic. Went in for my first ever tooth extraction. Wisdom tooth had a decay under the filling and it had reached a nerve, hence the nagging toothache. Doc Pao had thoroughly explained what was happening when he showed me the x-ray. Super friendly, and very patient while I decide if and when I want the procedure done. Long story short, I had the extraction and went back a week later with my gum fully healed (checked by Doc Don).They care about their patients making sure that you are well-informed, and making you feel at ease (Im normally very shy pero nakwento ko ata buhay ko 😄). And its not just how they talk to patients but with the other staff.Also plus points for the easy appointment system which I did via Viber. Super convenient para sa walang pantawag at may anxiety tumawag gaya ko.

Had a complex extraction hit a snag elsewhere, and my dentist (who didnt perform said failed extraction) recommended I visit Primea to finish the job. I took her advice, and was pleasantly surprised.The surgery and follow-ups went smoothly, and the prices were extremely reasonable but its the attention to detail and bedside manner that sets them apart from competitors in the area; never did I feel that I had a question that went unanswered for too long, nor did I ever feel confused about what the next steps in my procedure. Dr. Don, Nurse Nicky, and everyone at Primea make it the warm and inviting environment that it is, and while saying I cant wait to see them again is a bit much (it is a dentist after all), Im sure to use them for future dental work in the Makati area.tl;dr — Great quality of work, even greater folks. Highly recommended!

Quality service with each visit! For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist because everyone at Primea Dental is so accommodating, friendly yet professional at the same time. The location is also very nice as it is just walking distance from my condo and the clinic feels like a bridal gown atelier rather than dental facility - clean, bright, beautifully decorated. It’s like even the patient’s aesthetic demands were also considered, aside from their well-being. So we get this feeling of a well-rounded treatment beyond the teeth. Alagang-alaga ang mga pasyente dito! Highly recommended for anyone living in Makati.

Just right after I open the entrance door, I was greeted outright with warm smiles of the dentists and staff. Ive initially felt like it was home. It is a plus that the clinic is well-lighted and with gold accents which actually gives a lavish feel to anyone who steps in.I scheduled an appointment with a guy dentist, Dr. Doromal. He was remarkably gentle, solely focused on me, he takes the time to listen to me and my concerns and provides his professional advice which are all what every patient wants to be treated. After the consultation, he explain what are the possible treatments that I will be needing with the accompanying fees, and I appreciate that he gets my consent in every step in the treatment that we do. That is why even before I step out of the room to pay, I already know how much I need to settle. My highest regards and recommendation to Dr. Doromal and everyone at Primea Dental!

Dra Laura is the best in the business. She explains thing in great detail and gives you options on different priced materials you can use for your dental work such as fillings, caps, etc. to fit your budget. She is an excellent cosmetic dentist as she has a great understanding of harmonizing dental work to suit your facial structure/features. Her office is clean and bright and everyone that works there is very friendly and accommodating. My whole family sees Dra Laura and we are all extremely happy with her work.

The front desk receptionist Ms. Nicky is very acomodating. As you walk in the clinic you greeted with a warm smile. While waiting, you can the use their facilities which include tv ( with netflix) or magazine. My personal experience with Dr. Don Vito Cruz and Dr.Erwin Mejia was very pleasant. They helped me with my orthodontics. After, I was referred to Dr. Laura Maclang for my whitening.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this clinic because the service was welcoming and the price range is acceptable.

I always cringe at the thought of dental check ups and that wretched dental chair after my other dental relationships. Its like that ex whom you thought was the best for you that you fought the universe just to be with; that player whom you thought would drop the ball, love you madly and draw hearts around your name. They all played me like a fool and tricked me into fooling myself that it was the best deal and that all the love I gave away would finally find its way back to me. And just like any damsel in distress, Im always looking for that real dental relationship. After my first check up in Primea Dental, I think I wasted my whole life being in the wrong hands. If I only met Primea earlier, I wouldve not experienced all the hurt I felt before. But life is all about lessons; and these lessons made you who you are today. Looking back at those people whod go to other dental clinics to find the real deal, I just cant help but frown at the idea of people suffering the same way I did. So choose Primea, choose happiness. While I was looking for a dental clinic in Manila, I found this place on Google: I was very worried because I didnt know what kind of clinic it was. When I walked in, I was greeted by a smiling secretary. I made an appointment with anxiety because I needed a dentist urgently. They informed me about the prices before the appointment time. I filled out a form with health questions and waited for my appointment time. I observed that it was a very hygienic and beautiful clinic. The examination lady prepared me. Doctor Doğan Johnson He came and asked what my problem was. When I explained the problem, he first checked my teeth and took a film. He then gave a very detailed explanation about my problem and his explanations were really satisfactory. He explained what to do, then I had a dental cleaning and my doctor was incredibly kind. He informed me at every stage. I am very glad that there is such a clinic in Manila. If you need a dentist, definitely go here and the prices are really very reasonable. In total, I paid 4550 Passau for your teeth and check-up.
