This building is waaaaay better than tower 3. Only con i find is the poor choice of paint color around the corridor and inside the units. Unlike in sm light, the paints are dim and dark. A sad aura though. But if u own a place u can always repaint :) -

A very convinient place near to malls, mrt station, bus stops, restaurants, banks and markets, the staffs and guards were polite and helpful, a very strategic and safe place to stay. -
