This place is amazing! You guys are so lucky to have this peaceful and quiet place to meditate to find you true self in the busy city!Meditation helpers are so friendly and kind. They are always ready to help you to meditate.:)Through this wonderful meditation my chronic headache and negative thoughts are totally disappear. Now my mind is so calm and peaceful. This meditation helps me a lot and I am so happy I found this method. Before, I worry a lot of things, my future, my career, my family and have frustrations too. But because of this meditation, my mind becomes calm, I dont worry anymore. I can sleep better than before. I feel very happy all the time despite of all the problems along the way.
