I met coach pat by chance! To be honest, I was just looking for any coach around my community and instantly messaged her to inquire. I never went to the gym at all to do strength and I am in my mid thirties. I learned a lot about strength training, consistency, focusing on form instead of heavier weights, learning how to be independent in the gym and so much more from her!! It is also good to have her as my coach because I am actually inspired by what she is doing, it’s important for me to have a female coach to motivate and push me to reach my goals! And i actually feel that she only wants the best for my physical health. So yeah I’m so lucky because she is my first coach and now i love doing strength training with her because i definitely see the results and changes. Can’t wait to see more progress with her when I hit one year in a few months and new workouts she will come up with :) -

I gave her some information about my fitness goals and I really like how they give you an assessment before proceeding with the coaching. Its a shame Im not able to meet her in person. I would have preferred face to face coaching. But still! Even online, the coach is super helpful. Sometimes I forget to update her with my activities. She will guide you with your form and what else needs improving. I feel super comfortable talking to her about my workouts. Plus, my program is very flexible and she always checks up on me especially when I dont update for days. Shes very encouraging and supportive especially when we need to progress. Shes really been a great help with my fitness journey
