My HMO is Avega and so far I didn’t have any problems when I visit the clinic.I have a 6-session physical therapy here and the doctors and PTs are nice and professional.The clinic is also clean and comfortable.

As a regular patient of the REHAB department of aventus bgc. I highly recommend the excellent service of the physical therapists. They are friendly, accomodating, respectful, multi tasker and very strategic on their treatment to the patients despite of limited space and facilities.

I went to this clinic for an APE. No appointment booked as company clinic advised me to walk in. Waiting time is decent considering other patients in the clinic. I waited the longest for my queue number which is only about 15 minutes. After I was called in, all the tests followed was smooth.

I went for an annual physical exam and waited 2 hours on a Saturday morning which is not bad in my standards 😅. The Registration took more time than the actual tests. I waited more than an hour for registration then once you were in mabilis nalang. Id like to commend Dr. Mary Ann San Juan, a very accommodating, thorough and efficient young doctor. Hindi nagmamadali. The technicians were good and Kuya Guard was also nice

First hesitant ako to book an appointment due to their reviews but wala ako choice this is the closest to me. I came 30mins prior my appointment, inassist agad ako n manong guard for the first step. Accommodating lahat ang staffs nila. Guided ka from start to finish. Highly recommended.

5\5This review has to do with our experience with Dr M San Juan. We are new clients of hers and we found her incredibly thorough, patient and capable. She really takes time to get to know your health condition by asking a lot of questions and diligently recording them too. This means my family now has health history record that enables her to make appropriate recommendations.I had multiple health issues and she patiently guided me through getting the appropriate medical tests so I dont spend so much. She was able to get to the bottom of my health condition and prescribe the right medicines.Very happy to go back to Aventus just to see Dr San Juan for our regular check ups.2/5As for Aventus, I had some tests done here previously. Its clean and they have new facilities. I would just strongly suggest for Aventus to review their appointment, registration and payment system so its much quicker and seamless.

I have had my annual checkups and followup tests and consultations mostly with Aventus BGC for the past 2 years.My interactions with staff, including the security guards and cleaners, have been exemplary in a sense that they are courteous and respectful ... technically a behaviour that is so common that it can be overlooked because its NOT something to complain about...the common that is not common.This interaction with patients is the same when I came in as executive for the annual checkup or a nobody during followup consultations.Likewise, I have made this observation with other patients who were there at the same time.I have been consulting with Dr Milanie Claire D San Juan. I love that she diligently has kept my records uptodate. More importantly, she took note of the trends in my lab results. I am comfortable with her.Cons?The Hotline may not be working: more often than not, to my recollection my calls does not get answered. I do not recall a callback. :(In my last years checkup, wrong or right, but I FELT that the doc who did the physical did not want to do the papsmear at all. Like literally cringing.Conclusion:I still prefer to use this facility. Feel free to come and verify. 😊

I’ve read some of the reviews here and I might as well share my experience. If youre planning to book an appointment for your PEME, please note that the scheduled appointment is useless. First come, first serve basis sila. So even if your original scheduled is at 2-3pm, I suggest pumunta ka na sa morning para maaga ka din matapos. I went there around 12pm and I was immediately called sa reception and was advised to go to the Vital Signs room. The rest of the necessary steps were easy. At exactly 1:14 PM, almost done na ko sa lahat. Ang nagpatagal lang for me is yung pag kuha ng urine for drug test. The rest, sobrang smooth na. Later at night, na receive ko na din yung results ko thru email. Thanks, Aventus BGC!

Had my APE done here. Sched time was a Saturday, 7am. Completed almost 1.5 hrs, waiting time was reasonable as there are other people who have the same appointment schedule. The clinic is clean. airconditioned, and system was in place. Staffs were really nice, polite and informative. 5 star for the hassle-free service!

I went to have my medical exam here. 9am something I went there I waited for I think 30 - 45 mins downstairs cause there is a lot of people Nov 12, 2022 Saturday. I went upstairs to wait again like 20 - 30mins the visual specialist inform me that its normal to have many people by Monday and Saturday. The staff where great and friendly even the doctors I gave a 4star cause it really took long for waiting but understandable cause of a lot people doing their exam and ape.

Very friendly staff and accommodating; very responsive over Viber. The place is clean, especially the rest rooms.We have regular checkups with Dr. San Juan, and I am well taken care of, just like a family member.I will recommend Aventus BGC.

Services are top-notch. Friendly people. Comfy atmosphere. A bit crowded when there are a lot of patients but overall the services are excellent. Legit review, It was all good the processing was smooth. Some staff are just serious with the job. Idk why some of the ratings are 2, come at early morning and you will get a smooth process unless its peak season. 8a.m to 10a.m preffered time.

Scheduled the 7am appointment (early bird of course) Arrived 7:03am there are already people lined up outside. SG gave my number and went inside. I didnt do the clinic form since I did it already before going there. (in the email confirmation of the appointment) The flow of the procedures is smooth and you would expect to wait for several minutes since there were others before me which is understandable. Overall experience is great. Took almost 2hrs for me to complete. Fecalysis just took longer since I couldnt poop. Word of advice, book the early appointment and go there 15-30mins before the said schedule. 🙂

I had no bad experience with this branch. If you have APE, better schedule it on weekdays. I only did 2hrs for all the needed i tests. Its not bad because at other branches, if you come in the morning after lunch, it will be over. The staff and doctors are also nice. And the result online after 2 days has been uploaded.

Kudos to all the staff! The receptionist greets every patient when they call for their transactions, which is good even though they seem tired of the crowd. One of my observations that there are many low rates is that the que is too long and I noticed that the facilities are small to accommodate 200 patients per day and their staff is small. I had my APE at 3:30pm then the guard gave me 204 que number. I finished in almost 2 and a half hours. The staff is also very friendly, especially the nurses, even though I repeatedly ask every step to be done, they answer me nicely and even joke around. I suggest if you are going to BGC, it might be better early. And dont forget to scan your qr ahead of time for less hassle.

I did a pre-employment medical exam here. They are okay... I was there for about 2 hours... Everything is okay. Nothing went wrong. Free wifi yet... Clean. Its cold. There is free water.
