    Good service. Great staff and great treatment. I tried the medical cupping, it was great. Agnes, the therapist ensured i am comfortable and gave a good massage with the cupping. 5/5 for the rating. A must try especially people who have back stiffness or those who do strenuous sports/activities

    I will rate Fixilab 4 out of 5. Overall, the impression is okay. The wellness clinic is accessible in Legazpi Village, Makati, located in a prime location that is not difficult to find. Upon entering the establishment, the vibe is very therapeutic, with superb cleanliness and excellent orderliness. I was also offered blue ternate before I went home after my procedure/treatment. The treatment that I tried is Espinebot. Im not sure if it is beneficial or effective for me since it was my first time trying it. Overall, the staff are friendly, and the place is neat and therapeutic. I am impressed by their modern machines, which they market as capable of providing various therapy and health benefits. I cant comment for the payment or price vs service since I visited the place for a trial.

    Just came from Fixilab Clinic in Makati and I have to say, the experience was really worth it. The place is clean, calming, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I didn’t wait long, and they even offered me tea and water while waiting. 😌🤗What I appreciated most is how thorough they are. Before the session, they checked my BP and asked about surgery history, allergies, and pain tolerance. They really make sure the treatment fits you.It was my first time trying this kind of therapy—it’s not your usual massage. You’ll feel a deep, tingling sensation that targets pain regular massages can’t reach. I’ve always had back and shoulder pain from long hours of sitting at work, and after just one session, I felt so much lighter—no more heavy, stiff feeling in my muscles.The therapist was really gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She paid attention to how I reacted and focused on the painful areas without rushing.I also had shoulder pain from a trip weeks ago, and I didn’t realize there was still deep tension there. If I hadn’t gone in, it could’ve gotten worse. I’m glad I did.Definitely planning to go back and get a package. Worth every peso and a great way to take care of yourself. Thanks, Fixilab! 👌💗

    The place and ambiance is nice and relaxing, plus both the staff and doctor is accommodating and kind in showing me around on some other available treatment in the clinic.But the experience I had with spinebot was nice and relaxing specially after a long day at work. I was able to get a really good rest after.All in all the experience was great.

    If you’re looking for a physical therapy clinic, I highly recommend Fixilab! Their clinic ambience is very cool and sleeky clean!Staff are friendly! My physical therapist named Au is knowledgeable as well. She will recommend which therapy suits you the best. Myleen from front desk also gave me a tour around the clinic after my session to see all the other available therapy rooms. They offer a wide variety of services. I had terapia treatment here and it serves it purpose. My stiff back pain is now gone! Thanks to Au and Fixilab!Totally worth it!

    Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Treatment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tried the Terapia treatment at FIXILAB and it was a great experience. The staff greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in and offered water right away. They assessed me first to recommend the right treatment, and I felt confident knowing a licensed PT handled it. The place is clean, relaxing, and has calming music. 5 stars for both ambiance and customer service!

    Words can’t describe how much better I feel after just one session with Espinebot. It gave deep work where I needed and worked out the tension I’ve been holding for months. Feeling the vibrations move things stuck in my whole body. It’s a full body immersive experience that I highly recommend you try, you’ll be glad you did. The clinic itself is already calming and healing. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Thanks Fixilab!

    I tried to avail their promo posted in facebook called floating therapy and infrared cocoon.So far the experience is relaxing as each treatment lasts for 20mins each, so that is a total of less than an hour stay in their clinic.The equipment were updated in terms of technology but of course the treatment itself that comes with a by batch or program is really expensive.The complete program for the floatjng therapy has a 36 sessions (if i am not mistaken) that costs almost half a million, while they are also offering 3 sessions at Php25k (note that the offer is valid within the same day).Theor clinic can be compared to the look of Shinagawa in BGC.

    🟩 Green Flag: Accomodating staffI was guided through every part of the session. Most importantly, one of their staff lightened my mood throughout my stay in the clinic. Look for Au! Shes so nice & kind. Others are also accomodating, but I forgot their names.Enjoyed the procedureI went here for an Espinebot therapy session and it felt strange since its my first time to try one with multiple mechanisms targeting even my legs and feet while lying down!I think I wouldve enjoyed it better if I did it after my leg day. But it was a nice experience.They also introduced me to the other therapies they offer.🫤 Beige flag: Facilities are okayThough the interiors are definitely not for me (as they are not aligned with my design principles), Id say that its decent with the service they provide. I heard a bit of the hallway noise while on session, but I think its meant that way for people not to be too isolated. But I hope theyd have options for noise cancelling earmuffs/headsets.🟥 Red flag: Location is too farI just hope they have a branch near Rizal (Q.C. at least) so I no longer need to travel wayyy too far.

    Love the experience here! Place was cozy and everyone was accommodating. Tried their Espinebot because Ive been having neck, back, and shoulder pains because of my corporate job and it gave me quick relief. Safe and non-intrusive, all you gotta do is to lie back and let the machine do its wonders. Definitely a must-try for career-focused girlies like me! They even offered a nice complementary tea after the session.

    I have this discomfort in my right shoulder for a while now, and I just use a handheld massager to alleviate the pain.When I visited fixilab, I filled-out forms indicating my stressors and problem areas. After such, there was a consultation with a professional that resulted with choosing the proper treatment. I was originally there for the EspineBot, unfortunately treatment rooms for the procedure was occupied, and during the interview and assessment, my concern will be more addressed by the shockwave therapy.While inside the treatment room, it gave a hotel room vibe with ambient lighting that is very relaxing.The treatment started and it was amazing. Honestly, at first, I thought it was just like my handheld massager but as they adjusted the intensity of the pulse, I feel that it actually is doing something good. I can feel the muscles moving and my body relaxing.Overall this is a great leap forward in muscle therapy that uses new technology in helping solve old problems. You really cannot put a price tag on improving your quality of life.Excited for my EspineBot experience. Hopefully soon.

    Fixilab is really super.As you enter the clinic, the staff will greet you warmly and offer you water. Lobby to their rooms is all clean and relaxing. Smells great as well.Also, theres not too much for to sign and I didnt have to wait more than 5mins for them to assist me with one of their license therapist.Their therapist, Paul, was great. He was able to ask all necessary information needed while making me comfortable. Then, he was able to assist me to the room for my therapy. It was very relaxing and pain free.Overall experience was great. 🥰❤️

    I love the way they welcome me. The ambiance is so relaxing and therapeutic. I definitely go back for the Terapia which helps my frozen shoulder which alleviates the pain. They are really accommodating and friendly. Thank you Fixilab see you soonest.

    I had a fantastic experience at Fixilab! I felt I made great progress, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. AU for her incredible support throughout the session. The advanced equipment they have is impressive, and it was my first time using such a machine. Im already looking forward to my next visit!

    The overall experience is very good. I was assisted immediately by the staff and they are very polite and accommodating. Even the physical therapist is really knowledgeable. I did the consultation first to assess which treatment will suit me and they way they handle the treatment is great everything is explained to you and they will always ask if you are comfortable during the duration of the treatment.

    My concern was my backpain due to long hours of working in a sitting position and possible wrong position during sleeping so I tried their Terapia treatment. At first, I was shocked on the pulse/rthymn of the equipment but as time goes by I get to enjoy it. It was 10mins per side, left and right part of the back. After the treatment, I already felt the changes. I didnt experience backpain after that. Also, they have good customer service, free blue ternate tea after the treatment.

    They accomadate me so well.. While waiting Trisha toured me para iwas bagot then she introduce to me yung mga machines and its function. The ambiance and the sounds while using their back massage was so nice. Really happy with my experience nakaka good vibes after the session.

    The location is okay, very easy to go to. Even though its in the middle of the business area and the clinic itself if offering relaxation, its odd but workable.I have tried the ESPINEBOT. There is no difference with Ogawas massage chair except that Ogawas have more pressure and more relaxing since it has more targeted areas. They also offer other services which I havent tried maybe it is more satisfying the needs of consumers.The facility, perfect 5! The ambiance is great, the lobby is aethetically pleasing - however you may hear all the business thats going on in the hallway when you were inside the therapy room which distracts you from the purpose of relaxing.Kuddos to all the staffs, they are the clinics best asset. Everyones accomodating ; from the front desk up to the Physical Therapists.Recommendable if youre looking for new experiences. Very techy!

    I had a great experience wth the Espinebot specially at the back part its been awhile I had this pain at my shoulder, before theres pain at my shoulder when I raise my right arm. But now after my first session with the Espinebot theres still a bit of pain but unlike before its really hard for me to raise my right arm because of the pain I have at my shoulder, my back pain is gone! over all experience was good the staff was hospitable and nice. Theres a screening some questions about your health issues they will take your blood pressure at a nice room I waited few a few seconds then a staff will bring you at the Espinebot room, it was relaxing at the Espinebot room, it was a 30 minutes session it was just 20 minutes session but the staff was kind enough yo make it 30 minutesIt was a nice experiencei love it 🥰 thank you Fixilab much 🥰

    The place was so nice and the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience in their clinic. First, they will assess your health condition and suggest applicable theraphy for you. As for me they recommended the espine bot, a machine that focuses on you neck, leg and back pain and terapia treatment, electromagnetic pulse for my muscle tensions on my left shoulders. Their clinic offer other services for your pain, tension and stress. It gives you relaxation and helps with your blood circulation. You can look for Ms. Au as your Physical Theraphist, she is soo nice and she answers all my queries regarding my muscle pain. Overall this is very satisfying! Ill recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

    When I enter the clinic, I immediately feel the healing vibes especially the calming sound and the cleanliness of the clinic. I feel the immediate relaxation even only at their receiving area.I like very much their treatments, one of those that I tried is their acupuncture treatment. The doctor explained to me very well about my conditions and her treatment is really painless, and really works like magic.Another one is their infrared theraphy, you will really feel the difference even after one session, it really works wonders if you are suffering pain from your back, neck and other part of your body.Their blue ternate tea is a plus :)I am excited to go back to try their other treatment and I really recommend this clinic.

    The place looks good. It is my first time to try the cryotherapy and I honestly think that its good for its effect but having regular sessions for this will be more suitable to an athlete. I can occasionally have this treatment but its a bit pricey.

    The fixilab is good and accomodating staff,i have a frozen shoulder because my work is always carrying a 5klg weight in a restaurant i always use the the big oval tray as always so i have that frozen shoulder.so thats what great beacause before i proceed to the treatment the clinic must do the assestment to the license physical therapist,the recomendation is terapia and its good for my frozen shoulder it relieve my pain and their recomend also the redlights which is the photo dynamic bed its feels me relaxed and feel me welcomely at the clinic,,THANKYOU fixilab for the great SERVICE🫶💪❤️ keep it up🫶highly recomended the clinic and their services..

    I joined my mom for her regular infrared sauna here. She heard saunas were good for high blood. I tried their cryotherapy, the cold wasn’t so bad and my skin looks better.

    I tried here the Espinebot Therapy and it was awesome like the treatment took 20-30 mins and it was so relaxing. I fell asleep during the session and then I woke up feeling so relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended. Will go back again.

    Ive been struggling with migraine and I tried taking medication but it didnt work and gives me side effects in my body. Buti nalang, my friend recommended Fixilabs acupuncture to help me lessen my pain. I tried it and their staff is very accommodating. After ko ng session, I felt differently, and nawala yung sakit ng ulo ko. Now, I say that it works and I recommend Fixilabs acupuncture therapy to people who are also suffering from headaches, and migraine and want to relieve their stress.

    My experience at Fixilab Clinic was really great! Their treatments are very good and I really felt the change in my body. Not only did my back pain go away, the stress and fatigue also disappeared. The staff is also very kind, very friendly and accommodating.     I saw it on fb that it was supposed to relieve back and neck pains, so I gave my aunt a free electro shockwave because my neck pain doesnt really go away anymore. I felt that he was really comfortable, that I can work on the laptop even if I sit for a long time, he is effective! the clinic is beautiful, I can really relax.
