    Had a great experience with this branch. I have been to this clinic several times and I would like to commend all the staff that assisted me. Thank you to Ms. Rica at the front desk who is very kind and helped me throughout the process. I also would like to thank Ms. Nash and the nurses who were great as well as to Dr. Encarnacion who were making sure that I was comfortable throughout the consultation. Thank you also to Ms. Nerissa from medical records who is very nice and accommodating. Overall experience is great. Thank you for professional care, Healthway Greenbelt 5!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Everyone who assisted me throughout the entire process, including Ms. Rica on the front desk was so nice and helpful. Ms. Phoebe who helped me with my breast ultrasound really made me feel safe in a vulnerable situation considering it was my first time.

    I always have good experience with this clinic with all my past visits. Everyone I dealt with—from the front desk to the health professionals—were professional, kind, and accommodating. The services I needed were all offered which lessened the hassle for me. And the clinic was well kept and orderly, which I appreciated.

    I had a good experience with the clinic’s ultrasound services in the Radiology Department. The staff was professional, good pre-procedure instructions and fast report turnaround (next day). Overall, I appreciate the quality service. Kudos to Ms. Foebe!

    Overall, the facility and support is great!Only concern at the moment is I cant get a response or any update on my APE result which I had 11/11/2024 and 11/18/2024. I made a follow up and was advised by the support who answered my call that I will receive an update within 24 hrs and this was before Christmas. Until now, I made several attempts to ask for update to no avail. I already advised them that we were required by the company to submit our APE result by 12/31/2024. Hope someone can help me with this since I am not based in Manila and I advised them of this when I had my APE.😔

    Had to wait for the queue at the front desk, but since i already brought with me our printed forms, registration got faster. reasonable waiting time on doctors queue. Dr Tiangha (pedia) & Dr Maningding (ENT) took some time to get to know my kids and of course check all possible details that could address my concern. plus points for Dr Tiangha, pedia, shes got some toys that made my kids really comfortable during the check up. they were both good with kids. Pharmacist on duty also made an effort to mix my childs medicine.

    I planned on having a consultation, but the queue was very long and i ended up not continuing with the consult.still, the customer service was good, and the process to register the information to the triage is smooth and fast. they also sent me a text once its my turn for the consult.

    Was not looking forward to doing my PEME here due to the horror reviews. However, it went smoothly. Nurses, guards, and receptionists are really nice and accommodating and I was in and out within 2 hours. The Dr was just a bit cold and mataray, and the receptionist didnt know how to handle my PEME endorsement at first. Otherwise, had a good experience

    I am at home at this branch thats why I choose this branch even it was far away to my home. The staff doctors and nurses are very accomodating and courteous even the guards.     First of all, I would like to commend the beautiful Dermatologist Dr. Imee Rajagukguk for healing my skin problem with bacterial infections. My left back ear became swollen ( with pus) because of my negligence and hesitation to seek for medical assistance immediately, but of all clinics nearby that I called, they are the most approachable and available and didnt fail me. Im happy that I can work tomorrow (started from September 13 to 19) because Im already healed after a week of rest. Dr Imee is my first ever Dermatologist and really really big thanks to her.

    Had a very satisfying experience here earlier this morning. The employees were very accommodating. The guard was kind and offers assistance in the kindest manner. The receptionist displays a happy disposition; you will really feel that they care for you and will assist you in the best way they can (I had a concern with my health card). The nurse was also kind and modest. The ambiance was chilly and nice and the place was clean. The doctor I consulted with was also great and took his time to talk to me unlike others that seem to be in a rush. I will definitely recommend this clinic. Kudos to all!

    Visited the clinic for a walk in consultation. Quick and efficient service (1 hr start to finish), doctor was competent, kind, and respectful.

    Went here for an APE on a Sunday. If youre a new patient, you need to scan the QR code on the door and fill out your information. We didnt have to wait long for our number to be called, and the rest of the APE procedures were pretty smooth.

    I dont get it why the review score is really low! The nurses are really friendly and they would help me out for the next procedure. I went there for a pre-employment exam and it only took me 2 hours during a Saturday. The longest time that I stayed there was for the doctors examination. Dr. Sietereales was really accomodating. She would explain and further advise me on how prevent my familys medical history. I went back home with more knowledgeable insights. Kudos to you doc! I will definitely come back again!

    Dr Maria Eleanor Sietereales was fantastic. She was so helpful and listened to our concerns so patiently. She understood exactly what my husband and daughter’s ailments were and provided us with valuable guidance on alleviating their symptoms. Dr Sietereales also gave us much needed scripts for their condition. I work in general practice healthcare overseas and work with numerous Doctors on a daily basis. In the limited time we spent with Dr Sietereales, I would classify her as a really good doctor with a great bedside manner.

    Service - from the guard to the doctor - is superb. Theres just a long waiting period but the venue is modern and comfy. Consultation was only P600 with Dr Pagunsan even though she conducted an internal exam on me and she was thorough getting details of my medical history. I thought this place would be expensive considering its location in Greenbelt 5. Highly recommended and will come back again

    My girlfriend got sick on our trip to Manila and the doctor saw her right away. A blood test was prescribed which was done on location (results obtained the next day by email). Medication was also prescribed which could also be obtained on location. Highly recommended.

    If you have pre-approved LoA, they offer service to print on site for free. That is much faster than having them call HMO for LoA. Not so many patients on a Sunday, clean facility.
