I went to the clinic yesterday because I needed my ears looked at. I wasn’t sure what to expect from them but I left my mind open. I told the doctor (E.N.T.) that I had tinnitus for several years & tried medication for it and had no success with any decrease ringing in my ears. During the exam it was determined that I had an ear infection along with a sinus infection. I was given 3 prescriptions. It’s now the next day & after 12hrs & two doses of the medication I have 50% decrease of the noise in my ear! The infection is in my left ear, but the noise was so loud I thought the tinnitus was in both ears. I’m hoping after several years of ringing ears, my problem might be solved! I almost never give 5 stars on a review, but this Doctor deserves it! I’m very happy so far!

Weve always loved Healthway for its organized medical practices and systematic operations. The Manila branch was our first branch (way back when its still inside Robinsons) Staff is really approachable most especially the security guard. They have almost complete services which makes it convenient for patients; no need to move around to different places. There is a parking lot just across the street, you can also use the mall parking which is just few minutes walk.

Went here to do a last minute drug testing. The cut off was at 3pm but they willingly accommodated me 15 minutes before. My flight was that night so they offered to prioritise my test result. The clinic is small but clean. Dont forget to take a mask with you as they wont let you in without it otherwise.

Very friendly staff especially the nurses (they will check on you from time to time). Most of the doctors I have encountered were nice as well. Place is very organized and hygienic.Overall, this is my new go-to place for medical check-ups/exams.**Recommended doctor would be Dr. Emerita Rilloraza (OB-Gyne). She has this gentle voice which is really very soothing and comforting, different from other doctors who talk in an arrogant way. You can really see that she cares for her patients, makes eye contact when engaging in conversations (unlike those who are always busy typing and looking in their monitors).

My sisters ophtha has her clinic here. Its a pretty okay place. Systematic, at least. They even offer free wifi access to their patients but my sister said it doesnt work when she tried it.The guard, nurses and cashiers are all friendly enough. The guard especially. He knows how to handle customers really well. The nurses are all business-like so its pretty intimidating to approach them.Ive only been to the Ophthalmology room because thats the only reason we consult there. The facility is well equipped with all the necessary ophthalmologic instruments. But the room is just too small for a medical field that uses bulky equipment. Healthway is a pretty extensive medical facility with lots of branches nationwide. Youd think theyd invest more in room design. The Ophtha room is just too cramped. Both the patients and doctors have very little leg room.All in all, this is a pretty okay place. Out Ophthalmologist, Dra. Gapay-Ferrer is very nice and a very capable Ophthalmologist. 😊

The staff, nurses and even the guards are very accommodating. Cleanliness is also well-maintained. The only female internal medicine doctor, (dr. Melendez?) is a bit rude and grumpy. He is not gentle and patient with his patients. This clinic is highly recommended, their space is quite small.
