    I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. I had a great experience, I had blood and urine test with some extras for around 960p the assisted me quickly, in a matter of 20 minutes everything was done and I got my results the same day one hour after the exams! They didnt accept my foreign insurance but I think the overall experience was great.

    Im not sure why all the negative reviews. I had an excellent experience.Im not local, and walked in as am sick, no problems at all, got seen same day, needed some blood tests and was told 3 days to receive the results, but got them same day in email.Received a prescription day 1.Went back to get my results (for free) read and had an infection, got a prescription.Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Great facility, which I know more expats will use after my experiences and recommendation.

    My experience taking my pre-employment checkup here:1. Despite earlier reviews, the public toilet beside the elevator does have a dipper, water, soap in the dispenser and a roll of tissue (I did brought my own soap and tissue because of the earlier review). It does not have a bidet though. It was also clean, but I was the first user of the day (there was a queue to the toilet when I got out). To users, please be civil and clean as you go when taking urine and stool samples. Also, being the first patient of the day has its perks of having a clean toilet.2. Faucet water pressure goes low (no water flowing out) whenever the toilet is flushed, or is filling up its flush tank.3. The checkup is streamlined and the nurses direct you to the next steps as soon as you are done with the current one, or as soon as the previous patient is done if you are queued.4. Alcohol dispensers are on every corner (I did bring my own).5. X-ray machine broke down so I had to return another day.Knocked off 1 star on the review because of the missing toilet bidet, low toilet water pressure, and the x-ray machine breaking down on the day of the med exam.Note: Photo does not show the place, but rather, the view outside as seen from the groundfloor entrance, which is located facing SM Jazz. The checkup clinic is at the 3rd floor of the building.

    I recently visited FortMED and had an amazing experience! The staff there were so welcoming and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The clinic was spotless, which made me feel confident in their hygiene standards. Plus, the treatment I received was top-notch and really helped me feel better. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and Ill definitely be returning for any future healthcare needs!

    I dont want to invalidate those who gave negative reviews but my experience her was good. I was hesitant to proceed here since i read all the negative reviews but i took my chances since this is nearest place to have my APE. The registration, nurses and doctors are all polite and accommodating. As an introvert and plus size, I always feel scared to be judge and masungitan but thankfully I felt welcomed and understood.Its kinda sad that most of the time we only remember to give reviews if we had bad experience but not the good ones. So I dont think this clinic deserves the very low review.Thanks FortMED team, will definitely go back here for my next years APE.

    Fortmed Medical Clinic has been a lifesaver for me whenever Ive needed quick and professional medical attention. The staff is friendly and efficient, getting me registered and seen by a doctor promptly. The doctors themselves are knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.

    Fortmed Makati is a good part of our family’s wellness journey during and post pandemic . Starting from a caring staff from the guards to reception to nurses and specialists. Having our 92 year old Father greeted with smiles and smart conversations everytime, shows how Fortmed Makati care for us. Having a fast turn around of laboratory results even sent via email, has kept communications truly reliable. Kudos to the leadership and team Fortmed Makati.Mabuhay at Padayon po

    We have been visiting FortMed since it’s early days when they were still located along Buendia. Until now alongside Jupiter corner Reposo st. Makati.Since our experiences with them span quite sometime. I would like to focus on the times during the Pandemic where it seems to weigh in most this time.Amidst the challenges of the times and the decline of specialists holding office and a streamlined nursing staff. I would give the facility and it’s staff a commendable word for service. Starting from the “vintage” guard upfront who always assists us with a smile for parking since the basement is no longer accessible to patients.To the front staff / cashier who assist every patient they are key to an easy transaction and are also able bodied by being warm to everyone. Even the records group who sends results online are fast to respond unlike before. We even met a young lady who gave everyone a hand from staff to patients alike. Ms. Geronimo I believe was her name. Her leadership shows in her presence and is heartfelt even on days where we come with our parents for a laboratory procedure. And the assistance when we needed to avail for a home visit for blood extraction, the med technician who are very courteous and lighthanded on our seniors.As paying patrons and patients as well. We are grateful for Fortmed being in our community. We pray for the whole group to continue such service. Tough times don’t last long… tough people do with heart shines through.Salamat po

    The nurse was very kind when she took my blood :) They are also very friendly here. Just go here on a weekday either very early or after lunch, few people. The clinic is on the 3rd floor of Crown Building, across SM Jazz Makati and Starbucks, near BDO and 7/11.
