    Visted this spa for a relaxing massage and to ease my frozen shoulder that Im complaining for more than a week now. The therapist assigned to me was Honey. And just like magic, she manages to help ease the pain from my left shoulder. Highly recommended. And thanks for the free cookies at the reception. 😊

    Joyce is an excellent massage therapist. She consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was just right and that I was feeling okay throughout the session. The place is clean, and the staff are approachable—especially the one at the front desk (Liziel), who’s always smiling. The entire place was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease.Special shoutout to our massage therapists, Yuri and Riza, who were absolutely amazing. They were both skilled, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. You can really tell they know what they’re doing — we left feeling relaxed, recharged, and totally stress-free.The facilities were clean and well-kept, and the staff were all friendly and professional.     Availed their package for two that included body scrub, 30-min dry sauna, 1.5 hours swedish aromatherapy massage (full body & feet), and aroma facial with mask. It took around 3 hours overall. I liked best the head massage, I wish that were longer because it was so soothing. I would forego the aroma facial part only because I could put on my own cucumber scent facial mask, and avoid having to experience that the masseur/masseuse assigned to me was a smoker.After my full body massage I was left idle to relax (which I understood was also for my attendant to take a break) before the aroma facial. When they got back and started with my face, the smoke odor from their hands was unmistakable, I knew they forgot to wash and disinfect hands before touching my face. I bet they soon realized that when I heard Ay, exited briefly from the booth I was in, and came back smelling like they rubbed perfume to mask it. I was not mad about it, but I hoped the service could be done professionally.Although I have experienced better spas before with skillful and smoother massage skills, and better refreshment offerings, the service here was still good, reservation was not complicated, reception was nice, shower facilities clean and working, robes & towels were neat and clean-smelling, and the attendants approachable.Areas that could be improved:1. Masseur/masseuse communication - asking the customers the essential questions before getting started (e.g. massage pressure)2. Male toilet - smells probably because of plumbing issue

    It was a very good experience. I came straight from a red eye flight and great that this place is open 24 hours. They also had a shower which is very good! My therapist, Jasmine was very good and I felt really relaxed during the massage. And Janet, receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. I had a really great time here. Value for money and will recommend!

She provides me with the right stretch and relaxation.Things that can be further improved:1. Remind staff / therapists to use soft tones especially in the treatment area. Sometimes, its a bit distracting to hear them with a loud voice.2. Maybe a signage for both staff / clients: For a full relaxation experience, may we request to observe silence or if you must speak, use soft tones. Its a place for relaxation not for chit chats.Well kept amenities. A clean and nice smelling restroom says a lot about a places cleanliness and standard.My visit tonight is indeed a relaxing one. My therapist Mira is so attentive from start to finish of my 2h session. As a regular, you would easily feel she knows her craft very well. The movements and transitions are just so fluid... stretches are well executed. Will definitely request Mira again. 💖

    This place is a little tricky to find in waze as there are three branches within the same area. I had to waze South Insula Condominiums. We called at round 8 AM and the receptionist was nice and made a reservation so we can come in. They are open early as advertised. There was parking in the building. The place was clean and relaxing. The therapists were helpful and quick. The shower room was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a robe and a towel. We had a great experience here! They also accept cash, card and wallet payments.

    My brother and I went for some good massage overall it was a pretty good service. I got Rosalie as my therapist. She seemed pretty shy and had a whispery voice but great therapist to be with. Just always communicate the hardness/softness level you want and shell be able to adjust it for you. My brother also loved the ginger tea they have as a complimentary drink. In this price point, this is an exceptional experience.

The pressure wasnt consistent and it felt more like someone rubbing us with pressure than actually having massage. We also appreciate if they put more effort on scrubbing although our skin felt smooth still after the scrub. Our face also looked cleaner after the facial. Maybe the therapists (Brenda and Rosalie) were already tired hence the inconsistency. My brother who had the package E (by Jinky) had a good time. Overall we think we got what we paid for. The place was clean and toiletries are complete.

    Overall a great experience for the price. The receptionist Leizel was accommodating immediately as I entered and she also recommended a more suitable service than my original choice. The therapist, Grace, was very skilled and effective in removing backsores and loosening parts of my body, which I didnt even know had stiffness. They provided a locker inside the cubicle but the lock was not working. I still felt that my valuables were safe since the locker was above my headspace so I would immediately feel of someone was trying to snatch them. The ginger tea and hot towels in the end were just a nice touch to cap the service. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

The ambiance of the space was calming, with soft music and a pleasant aroma, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.They have an incredible understanding of the body and clearly has a deep knowledge of various massage techniques. The pressure was just right – firm enough to work out the tension but not too intense. Throughout the session, Rosalie and Honey maintained a professional and respectful demeanor, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable with the pressure and the technique.
