Ms. Avery treated me and she was very pleasant and accommodating. Her skill is also so good, I really appreciated the relief I felt from my tight muscles after our myotherapy and cupping session. I recommend their services. Making reservation is also a breeze, they respond promptly and even do the confirmation check; haven’t had any issues so far!

I just came from a whole body complete recovery service and it felt great afterwards. I’m not going to sugarcoat it, for me, the dry needling part gave me awkward sensations together with minor discomfort from the needles on top of my usual anxiety for needles. But it was all worth it! Service was great from when you enter until you leave the place!

Ive been going to KG recovery as much as I can cause my shoulders are perpetually sore from tennis and surf. I always request for PT Arvy not only because hes a skilled at his craft, but also because hes aware of the history of my muscle aches. He knows how best to address them. Ive tried different treatments from them before, but the complete whole body recovery (it has all the works- dry needling, myo, cupping etc) always leaves me feeling like a whole new person, ready to go back to the courts, feeling stronger each time.I always recommend this facility to my friends, especially since playing sports as an adult, always makes you discover new aches and pains here and there, regardless if you warm up & cool down properly. Haha. I mean I live in Taguig and theyre located in QC, I think that says a lot about the service they provide.Thanks always for the warm welcome each time! More power to you guys and your team! I had an appointment there (20 May 2025) and I got the complete recovery [whole body] as my body was pretty sore all over from functional fitness sessions and paddling that Ive been doing. PT Pao explained the procedure that he was about to do. Characterized comprehensively the possible feeling that Im going to experience while undergoing the procedure and after the procedure. He really knows what hes doing. Will definitely come back. Thanks again!

I recently tried the COMPLETE RECOVERY package at KG Recovery with PT Arvy, and it was fantastic!The dry needling helped relieve my muscle knots, and the deep tissue massage was just the right amount of pressure to ease my sore spots. I loved the cupping therapy; it felt great and really improved my blood flow.The percussion massage was invigorating, and the air compression therapy left my legs feeling light and refreshed.Overall, PT Arvy did an amazing job, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to recover and relax!

Shoutout to PT Kate! Not only did she alleviate my knee pain and tightness on the quads thru myotherapy, but she also explained the benefits of different exercises and stretches to prevent further injuries. Very professional and informative.The other staff were also very accommodating! There were free refreshments as well. Will definitely come back, and refer this clinic to friends and family. ☺️
