    I just finished my 5th session of my PT with Octarine and I can already see a big improvement with my neck mobility, arm strength and back pain is no longer a big issue. I am a post ACDF (C3-C4) patient and depsite my surgery back in 2021, I will still complain of back and neck pains and some arm numbness because of my day to day activities. I must say, doing therapy with the help of Ms Yvonne, helps me a lot and gives me comfort and strength. She helps me do the proper posture and guided exercises to achieve our goals on not to only alleviate the pains, but also strengthen my core, my spine, arms and legs and my over all well being.Im still half way there but, Im very thankful to came across with Octarine. Always good to check and read past patients/clientstestimonies and try it for yourself.

I know that this is Physical Therapy, and is not always going to be comfortable, but I look forward to my appointments because Gorby make it so worthwhile.     Definitely a top-notch clinic! I had my first PT session with Gorby earlier and he made sure that I understood the mechanics of my condition and what needs to be done in order to treat my injury.     Had a recurring pain from my shoulder/arm and back from playing Badminton excessively. Immediately looked for a PT near me and stumbled upon Octarine.     I highly recommend getting yourself checked and treated at Octarine.Had constant pain on my right shoulder and on my lower back. The treatment helped me manage it and really felt the improvement and was feeling less pain after a couple of sessions.They take the time to assess and explain to you what happened/ing.     I was diagnosed with scoliosis and spondilolisthesis and had been suffering pain on my lower back and left leg for six months. I previously went to another therapy center but they were only able to relieve my pain temporarily. Soon the pain worsened and I found myself unable to walk. When I visited Octarine for the first time, Dani, my therapist did wonders on my back. It’s like magic! It took only one session to erase the six months of pain and depression I went through.     I got back injury in the gym while doing squats, it was bad. I was in pain and was not able to even walk for more than 5 min when I started my treatment with Gorby.     When I first came in, I had difficulty breathing and my range of motion is restricted. I also had dizziness (vertigo) due to nerve compression in my neck, of which my physician diagnosed me with Cervical Spondylosis. After my first session, I felt some relief, especially with my breathing issues and less neck pain. My physio, Sir Gorby, gave a very effective approach to my case.     I’ve known sir Gorby since 2014 when I completely torn my ACL on my right knee. And he’s one of the Physios that have helped me through my rehab and return to sport. Since then, he’s always on top of my mind whenever I need help with whatever injury or pains I encounter. Whenever I have a consultation with him, he doesn’t just know what to do and how to help me recover, but he also educates me by explaining why it happened, and how to prevent it from happening again.
