We tried the Cryotherapy and it was amazing! 5 mins at -110°c was so worth it. It was way tolerable compared to ice baths, despite it being much colder. And you wont get wet so its hassle free! Great for muscle recovery and I felt so energized after! Heard its great for the skin too! Everyone at the facility was friendly and accommodating as well.

Regen Plus really helped a lot with my recovery, especially after a workout! As an athlete coming off of an injury, I felt much better after the cryotherapy session. Body aches and soreness all lessened, and recovery was much faster.Top notch facilities and equipment. They’re the only facility that uses a nitrogen-free cryotherapy chamber, so it’s completely safe! Very friendly staff too! They’ll walk you through the whole process and explain all the benefits you’ll get from cryotherapy. They’re more than happy to answer any questions you’ve got. They also have other forms of therapy, like acupuncture and hyperbaric therapy. One of, if not the best facilities! Definitely coming back again, and highly recommended!

Discovered a fun and literally chill way to recover after an intense week of workouts and trainings! The cryotherapy chamber looks intimidating but it really works wonders for sore muscles. Perfect for recovery alone, or you can go in as a group!

The first thing I noticed: Regen+ was very clean and well maintained (yes I am a clean freak). Parking is also inside the facility so very convenient. I went for cryotherapy and felt instant relief for my arm injuries. Very friendly and professional staff plus a nice coffee/lounge area. What else do you need? 👍🏼👍🏼

Recovered from my injury a lot faster than expected! I do cryotherapy and physiotherapy there regularly. They also have a specialized acupuncturist there for athletes!
