A game-changer for my fitness era! 💁🏽‍♀️I lost 10 lbs in a month thanks to Laystrength! The online coach and app made working out and tracking my health data (sleep, steps, calories, etc.) so much easier. Everything I needed—my workouts, nutrition, and progress—was neatly summarized in the app dashboard and daily to-do list, removing the guesswork and making fitness feel effortless.Because of this, I found it easier to squeeze in workouts throughout the day, and I even started cooking more instead of eating out. Seeing real progress made me more motivated to stay consistent with my health and exercise.A huge shoutout to Coach Ana (hi, Coach Ana! ☺️) for being so supportive! Even when I’d fall off track, she always had encouraging words. She responds quickly to my questions and customizes my workouts based on my goals, available equipment, and fitness level. If youre looking for a sustainable and convenient way to stay on top of your fitness, I highly recommend Laystrength!

I chose Laystrength as my personal trainer because I’ve known Lay since our college days at UST and have seen firsthand how excellent she is in this field. Now that I live and work full-time in Australia, having an online coach who is just a message away whenever I need guidance on my exercise program is incredibly convenient.Laystrength, along with Coach Jen, Coach Ana, and Nutritionist Rox, has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals—becoming stronger, fitter, and improving my performance in volleyball. Each month, they consistently adjust my workout plan to ensure it aligns with my goals, pushing me toward the best possible results. I have full trust in this team and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional support on their fitness journey.

I never thought I could join Ironman Philippines this June since I got injured last March. I was suffering from partial ligament tear and tendonitis in my right ankle and with 3 months left until race day, I reached out to Coach Express for a rehab program. Given my very busy schedule, the home service coaching was very convenient. My training program was solid and well thought because my injury gets better every session. True enough, I was able to race without any pain. The best part is that I was able to achieve my goal of qualifying for Ironman World Championship. I owe this great achievement to Coach Lay and I am already looking forward to start my next phase of training in preparation for the world championship race this coming October.
