Great customer service — they respond immediately, are flexible (like when I wanted to change and split the dates of my tests). Medyo may waiting time when you get there. My appointment was at 8 am so I arrived 15 minutes before, but the tests started at 8:30 so there was a bit of a wait. Otherwise, am very happy with the location, the service and the costs. -

This lab is very systematic as far as the queueing is concerned. Much unlike the lab we went to about three blocks away, which had no such system in place. The staff members are very friendly. The Xray result was obtained right after the procedure. -

We are having our lab tests here for more than a decade already, from their old building up to this new one since our physician is dr. luis raymond t. go of the philippine heart center... its worth the trip from our place (whether we commute or bring our own vehicle)... the place is clean & well disinfected especially when the covid-19 pandemic sets in (wherein they followed the protocol excellently from booking an appointment over the phone or via online up to the time of entering their building)... all the staff here are very accomodating (not just the premiere laboratory but also the whole bell-kenz building & even the parking attendant beside it)... they have very efficient professional service and it was truly proven during the whole covid-19 pandemic... we also have the option to have our lab results directly delivered to our physicians clinic... the prices of their laboratory procedures are competitive with other high quality diagnostic laboratories within the area... they are living up to its name... in short, they are HIGHLY recommendable... ☺🌹 -
