Highly recommended!Thank you to Ms.Michelle & Sir Jordan - efficient and very professional for exceptional customer service and patient care.,it all means to me.The service is very organize and the facility is clean.It is amazing to feel so well cared for, and have people we can turn to with questions and queries before the procedure and booked appointment same day.

The actual office is at the 2nd floor because the first floor is for parking.A very clean place. They have lockers where you can keep your personal belongings while undergoing the MRI.The staff are courteous. Prices are a little cheaper than other clinics or laboratories. According to the aide I talked to, the machine they use for MRI is German made. You can pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Courteous staff. CT procedure I asked about was priced ~P10k lower than in hospitals.Guard gave a queue number. Reception staff resolved my query fully. Reception assistant even had to go to another floor to gather info about my query.Their Messenger staff also reply quickly.

Before my procedure, I made inquiries on their FB page. Iscan immediately responded to my queries. On the day of my procedure, the receptionist and technicians were very helpful. They gave clear instructions and made me feel relaxed. Their facility is new, very clean. They have lockers for clients, bins available for used gowns and linen, toilets are PWD-friendly.They gave me my CT scan plates before leaving, and they sent me my results thru email within 24 hours.

Id like to flex staffs at iscan marikina. The place is super clean and not crowded. The staff are very welcoming and very attentive to your needs. By the way, My service was mri. Mri is by appointment.

The elevated parking takes some getting used to. Although, it is understandable since the area is prone to flooding. The main office is on the 2nd floor which is accessible via stairs or elevator. The MRI service is fast and reasonably priced. You can also get the prints several minutes after your procedure.

Accommodating, respectful conversation from the guard to the staff, fast, my MRI procedure was done right away, its just difficult to call them on the landline no one answers, I suggest you text or Viber to message their contact number, just be patient while waiting for reply because they are busy on my time. Its good to have them do it because only a few people know, its not crowded yet.

The staff is very accommodating, super professional, the speed of the process and HMO accredited as well. 25mins for the mri, 5-10mins you will get the plates immediately, 1-2 days for the result. Highly Recommended👍
