I had wonderful experience at iScan! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean the facility was.The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I was particularly grateful to the phlebotomist who was incredibly gentle since it was my first time and i was nervous much less stressful.The person at the counter also showed exceptional care by prioritizing me because I hadnt eaten yet.This attention to detail made a huge difference. I highly recommend iScan for their excellent service and care.

A more affordable clinical laboratory alternative to the bigger hospitals and clinics. The place is a surprise---its clean, and they have respectful, kind and professional personnel. They go out of their way make the patient feel as comfy as possible, even allowing a photo op during a procedure so the patient can send to loved ones. They also have a smooth process from inquiry to the actual procedure, although it can still be improved---for one, filling out of forms should have been done online instead of doing it on site. Overall, a very good experience.

Its not common for a medical facility to have good service, but iScan has great quality service! They reply fairly quickly in Messenger and text, they answer your inquiries politely. Everyone at the center were also accommodating. Most of all, their MRI scan was affordable! Im from Laguna but the travel to Manila city branch was very worth it!

Everyone here was friendly and professional. From the security guard, receptionist to the radiologist. Had my CT-scan here at 3PM. I was done after 30minutes. They have parking and it was not crowded. The person who did the CT-scan was the most gentle. Felt safe and reassured during the procedure. Im glad i went here.

Staff are very helpful, polite and attentive. Place is really clean, good as new. Plus, they have the cheapest rate of PET CT SCAN as of march 2019. and also, for convenience you can ask them to email you the result. just pickup the original documents when you want it. you wont regret going here.

It was a bit of a hassle dealing with them pre the appointment, so many calls and sms plus being asked to pay in advance, however once there you feel taken care of. New place, good machine and fast results. I would recommend it. Pet scan rate at 45k all in.

One of the cheapest MRI. Staff are very professional and they are well-equipped with elevators for standing passengers and another that fits medical stretchers. Be sure to schedule your appointments ahead for the procedures.

I just finished my knee MRI earlier, the kindness of the staff and nurses, especially Kuya guard at the bottom, the nurse assisted us and took us to the VIP waiting room since we have a toddler so Hindi cant be exposed which we really appreciate. Their service is also fast, kudos to everyone and godbless
