👍🏼Great facility, spacious building, aesthetic interiors. Very artsy. Very clean. One stop shop clinic.👎🏼Uncomfortable chairs in some of the waiting areas. With the wait time for doctors here averaging almost two hours each visit, I hope they consider adding comfortable chairs.👍🏼Accommodating staff: people servicing the phones, guards in the entrance, and everyone else inside the clinic.👍🏼Efficient and convenient processes: the scheduling can be done via email, phone, or Viber. Once you are scheduled, they will even send you a reminder 1 day prior. As soon as you enter the clinic, they have an efficient intake process. You will be provided a queue number and guided to where you should go next.👎🏼I suggest you avoid the phones, it gets very busy, long wait time.👍🏼 Different payment options: cash, credit card, digital payment, HMO.👍🏼 Restrooms are clean!👍🏼They print queue numbers, doctors notes, Rx, labels for specimen containers. I loved that I didnt have to write my details on a smalll space for my urine sample bottle. I liked that I didnt have to wait for a long time while the doctor is writing down stuff on paper. Printing saved time!👍🏼Had a very swift process in the laboratory. The entire process just took a few minutes. I got there at 3pm. Results were sent to my email within the day.👍🏼👎🏼 Doctor experience is not consistent for me. I’ve visited this clinic 4 times now. Some are great, some are not so great. I guess if you find a doctor that cares, stick to him/her.👎🏼👎🏼Waiting time for doctors is too much for a clinic that requires scheduling. I understand that doctors sometimes need to attend to some urgent matters or maybe they get stuck in traffic while transiting from one hospital to another but respect for time is a big deal specially if the people waiting for them are not feeling well. It sucks to sit on uncomfy chairs for a long time when one does not feel well. It would have been nice to get some notice and some expectation settingand if they say they will be late for 30 mins, it should just be that. In my case, one incident, the doctor was there. After I was informed that I’ll be the next patient, i still had to wait for more than an hour which was after I already waited for hours prior to the notice. Apparently, the doctor took in other patients. I didnt appreciate that. Another incident, they say the doctor is seeing patients between 11am to 1:30pm. I was called a few minutes after 1:30pm. I guess there was an influx of patients, that I understand.

Im so glad that I stumbled upon Health Cube. First, there’s parking esp when you arrive early. That’s a big plus as I have been having a hard time getting parking in my go-to hospital in Makati. The clinic is huge, clean and aesthetic. They are organized in a way that you get a message to remind you about your appointments and update you if doctor will be late or cancelled. The place has good places to eat near by like Starbucks and Pancake House. And more importantly, there’s a Mercury near by.Kudos esp to Dr Camacho who is always on time for her appointments.

I recently had a teeth cleaning and filling using my HMO health card. The staff and dentists were friendly and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The clinic was clean and cool, making the experience even better. Overall, it was great!

I went for an OB check-up here due to PCOS and I must say this is by far the most convenient and fast clinic, Ive ever been. Im using HMO and already tried medical city and megaclinic and they both have long waiting time that you really have to sacrifice a day just for a check-up but here at health cube its super fast! You can just chat their page on fb and make an appointment. Staff are friendly and will really accomodate you. I also got a blood test here on a saturday which supposed to be a busy day for clinics but to my surprise it was done in an hour. They have I think 7 staff at the front desk that will surely guide you if you are a first time patient of the clinic. Will definitely try their dental services next time if its also good.

One of the best clinics I’ve visited so far.It’s clean (even the restrooms and the operating rooms), everything is in order, pretry huge for an outpatient clinic, the staff we’re friendy and accomodating eventhough I’m kinda annoying cos I was late in my procedure and the overall feel of this clinic, it’s beyooooond; it doesnt feel like a clinic all, very aesthetic.I had my endoscopy here and the doctors we’re cool and helpful.Rating this 10/5 stars!#pandaeatssph——Follow me on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook : @panda.eatss

One of the best clinics Ive been to that can rival clinics in Singapore and New York. Their Greenhills branch cant even come close.Ambience, cleanliness, and COVID prevention are top notch. Its pretty cold too. Theres a TV in the lobby where Just for Laughs are streamed to lessen the anxiety and make you smile. The staffs are friendly. The lab testing area are comfortable and clean. And the doctors are very knowledgeable.Docked one star for the pricey services. Though not as bad as those crooked clinics in Megamall.

I just accidentally dropped by to check if they do some laboratory tests, 2D echo, and ECG.I was really glad with how the people there dealt with me. They are so friendly, attended to my queries, and even assisted me to check the clinics, facilities, etc.I love the ambience, full of colors, full of life. You won’t feel you are there for health reasons, it feels relaxing to be there. My parents and siblings enjoyed their stay, too. We didn’t get bored while waiting for my parents’ turns for 2D Echo.Also, the process is systematic and each patient is provided with a digital card which they can use every visit. Lastly, it is also accessible to persons with wheelchairs.

Facility is very nice and the staffs are really awesome. I left something in the clinic during my visit and they were very helpful during the call to resolve that.One thing tho, the doctor I was assigned to was an hour late to the appointment, pushing all of the patients schedules then.But over all, it was a very good experience.

The best clinic that I have been with so far. Scheduling with them is easy as you can do it through email, text message, or in person. The staff are very helpful for the most part, although my mom had 1 encounter of a not so nice staff when she was scheduling me for a doctor. Cleanliness is also on point, in common areas and in the consultation rooms.Now, in terms of the other reviews regarding having to wait, I guess that is normal as doctors attend to different patients with different concerns. However, I understand and have experienced doctors who are swift during consultation. What I suggest is to ask questions if you have any. And keep in mind that not all doctors are like that a the others woulally take the time to explain.Overall, this is a great clinic. Yes, it doesnt feel like a clinic. The staff are helpful, and scheduling is easy.

Nice clinic, spacious, and pleasing to the eyes. medical staff are also efficient. I have to mention that Ive been a consistent return patient of Dra. Maria Raquel Sison, I believe is one of the clinic GPs. Out of all specialists Ive been consulting around my province and metro manila for MONTHS, shes the only one who truly paid attention to my symptoms and concerns. very kind and caring si dra and extremely diligent! I appreciate that she took the time to explain my meds. Not all GPs are like her, in fact siya ang hinahap ko when I want to consult sa health cube. Highly recommend!

My husband had his executive check up here months ago and had my daughter cleared for school a few weeks ago. Both check ups were done by Dr Maria Sison. She is very professional and thorough. We like that she explains to us very well our conditions especially since we worry a lot with the confusing medical terms

The place is really cozy it doesnt feel much like a medical center. I like the ambience and how art is integrated in the design. Their systems are organized and Im satisfied with how they accommodate their clients.However, what Im not so happy about is the time I took the fecalysis test and I wasnt informed beforehand that I had to give the specimen within an hour after collecting it. It really was inconvenient on my part. I think it would be better if they improved with regard to how they give instructions on the dos and donts when taking medical tests.Overall, Id recommend this center for pre-employment medical exam (since this was the service I availed of).

My go to place when i get allergic cough and cough due to post nasal drip. Shout out to Dr. Bryan Ong (Pulmonary) for curing my cough thats been bothering me for a month. The length of his prescription was thorough enough to cure me of my long time ailment. Look for Dr. Bryan Ong - he is a miracle worker. Employees are kind to and always wears a smile on their faces.

I would just like to greatly appreciate and commend the staff who assisted my mom last Saturday - especially Danica, Kathy, and Rena. My mom is afraid of checkup and hospital ever since my dad died, so its almost the first time shes had an overall checkup like that but she was very happy when we got home and told everyone that she wanted to get checkedup again with the same package😅 She lost her trauma from the nurses and checkups because of the excellent service provided by your staff yesterday. Thank you very much and I hope that assisting every customer will not change. Kudos! (Sorry, thats the only pic, I was embarrassed to take a pic inside 🤣)

I visited here for gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The first thing that impressed me was that in a country where the words reservation and promise do not exist, the reservation was made exactly at the time I had reserved. Unlike typical hospitals in the Philippines, the inside of the hospital was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful from beginning to end. There were no problems with the treatment.
