Im very satisfied with the assistance of my father. Last Saturday, June 29, I came into your clinic with my dad. The first person who assisted me was at the front desk. I remember her name is Edna. She was soft-spoken to me and guided me on what to do with my dad. My dad is sick, and I need to know what about her. Your nurses also take care of my father; I dont remember her name, but kidding aside, all your assistance is very satisfying. Also, the girl in the cashier area, we all know sometimes the people in the cashier are unfriendly, but she is not; her name is Raze.Thank you so much for assisting me and my father. I would rather choose your clinic when we need it again, and I will share with all my friends about your clinic and your assistance.

Very Fast and efficient staff, specially your staff on the front desk Miss Jen and Miss Leslie. We had first appointment in MMC. When my husband and MIL arrived they received a text that the Doctor left already. As we are advised that the Doctor sched is until 7pm. They arrived 6. Doctor left 6pm also. So what I did is to look for clinic nearby using google platform. Then I saw TopHealth. I immediately message my husband to go since its quite emergency cause my MIL fell and got bruises on head and arms. Thank God cause there still a Doctor who accomodate them to check my MIL. Kudos also to radiology na madali kausap para magpa xray kahit close na sya. Medyo late lang po magreply sa FB Page. But still, thank you pa din po. Naway patuloy kayong magbigay ng magandang servisyo. 👏🏻

Thank you so much Keralty Top health clinic SM San Lazaro. All the staffs ang very professionals. They are so kind and friendly. They know how to treat well all their patients. They are so great. The doctors are so kind. Staffs are very helpful. I highly recommended this clinic to all my friends, colleagues and families. They have great services. I just read one of the comments here wherein the cashier has no change for 1k bill, first and foremost why will you gave a 1k bill if you will only pay 150 for the medcert. The cashier is so friendly and kind, if he has a change for that 1k bill, he will not waste your time. He will give you immediately your change. I think, if you already has the exact amount to pay on the cashier your time will not be wasted. So for those who had bad experience on this clinic, I dont think that they are like what you are thinking on them, just think the gold rule; Do not do unto others, what you dont want to do unto you. Again, thank you so much Keralty for all the good services youve given to us. Praying that your clinic will last long and serve all the patient who are in need of your good service. Fast and efficient customer service. staff are attentive, but waited 4 hours before the doctor arrived. The result of laboratory tests should be 1-2 days only but here it takes 5-7 working days.

The clinic has been renovated which is a plus since it is more appealing and spacious. AC is just fine, not too cold for the patients. Doctors and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to Keralty Top Health!

Facilities are okay, staff and doctors are accommodating, nice & friendly esp. lab, radiology, PT & OB-GYN. I like visiting for PT session here because of my shoulder & back issues. HMO processing & approval is also speedy. Their contact infos & doctors sched are always updated and within reach. Though, waiting time is long because of jam-packed patients.

Went here expecting the people at the front desk to be rude like other reviews. But its not true. Theyre nice, kind, and accommodating. Even the nurses are kind. Their process is also fine. The best though is Dr. Fernandez. Finally found my go-to ENT doctor. Great, kind, and good at explaining.
