Walked in for a lab test during non-peak hours and I was accomodated immediately. No waiting line. I got the result in an hour as expected. Staffs are accomodating and friendly. -

So far, I have not experienced anything like that, they are okay. To avoid waiting on queue, check up early in the morning at the remote clinic even at their own hospital or at any other clinic. Maybe the tone of voice will depend on what you heard, not everyone will be able to accommodate and answer the phone right away, they are busy, there are many of them, but they are doing their best to assist you, Dont expect too much, it is not a restaurant or jolibee business, they are medical. Try to tone down your voice if youre inquiring dont entitle and attack, just be nice # PEACE!!!! -
