    Very smooth experience. The guard is also nice that he advised me to left my luggage near the entrance so that it won’t be hassle for me and he will keep it safe there, especially that the elevator is not working at that time. I was assisted fast and directed to the next steps accordingly. I only have one test to finish that’s why it’s smoother for me. If you are doing the whole medical package, expect that it will be somehow hectic because the clinic is usually packed. Thank you!

    Step 1 in Assessment is quite slow, only 1 is assisting, it takes a hour waiting as early as 7am, must add more staff, Step 2 Data Capturing a bit slow. Ultrasound queue is long. For Stool and Urine Specimen cups you will pay 25 each. Psycho, Optical, Xray, Audio, Dental, ECG and Physical is quite fast. For releasing, just email them and in few hours they will response for the results. Suggest to have the results available online for realtime access and updates.

    I dont know why this Medical Clinic is receiving a lot of negative review but it is contrary to my own experience last week. I arrived 7.45am finished around 11.30am. Everything was organized right from receiving, encoding, laboratory for extraction of blood, urine/stool sample, xray, optics, BP taking, ECG, Physical Exam, Psycho and dental. Everything was done in a well coordinated manner. Medical Personnel are quite helpful and has done their job as per what I have expected. After 2days I was certified fit to work, so tomorrow will be back for MMR vaccine only. Parking was also not that difficult since there is a MTPB parking attendant just nearby S.M. Lazo. Cheers!

    Very thankful to the passionate staff of SM Lazo Medical Clinic. I had my complete medical here and everyone I encountered were very professional. Not all wore smiles or were overtly friendly but you have to understand that these folks are here to do their jobs and not to make friends with you. A frown does not equal rudeness. Concerns may be raised directly with their personnels and they would be very happy to accommodate and adjust if necessary. I rated 4 out of 5 stars due to a lack of a mobile phone number to reach out to for concerns and their vague email response. I suggest that management provide their customer service staff a keypad phone so we dont need to make a chargeable telephone call from our mobile phones for urgent concerns. As for their email response, when sending medical results, complete the email with what steps to take next and what may have happened to lead toa certain status, if applicable. For example, if a patient needs to retake their x-ray evaluation because of scoliosis, include this in the email and let them know that the next step is to come to the clinic. Again, thank you for the support SM Lazo clinic and team.

    Overall, good.Went there on a Wednesday. Would have been out before lunch if I didnt have a hard time producing my stool sample.Pros: Everyone was accommodating, and everything was streamlined and fast. Can be reached easily through the phone. Has a photocopy service on the ground floor.Cons: Cant check online for the results. Building looks dated. Stool collection cup wasnt available. Had to buy outside. Lady who was measuring height/weight raised her voice on an applicant.

    It has always been systematic and has a lot of goodhearted staffs or personnels, but you just need to be patient with its facilities or accomodations like rest rooms and waiting areas due to its antiquities or oldage or maybe lack of real maintenance and limited spaces. Ultimately still very grateful to them in general. Mabuhay ang mga OFWs especially my fellow seafarers. Kudos and God bless us all.

    Their dentist, maam yel, is kind.. the P.A is also kind to me.. actually I am almost satisfied with their work.. I recommend this clinic. 2pm I finished everything.. they are fast.. if we ask questions well they also answer well.. thank you so much.

    I told myself that if my bff passes this, i will definitely give a 5-star review. bc prior going there, we did a search and was hesitant at first bc if its 2.3⭐️ review. however, when we got there and after all the processing, it deserves 5 stars. there are staff who are rude but only 1-2, even though in all institutions there is and there is that. The only cons is that they only have a telephone to follow up which is sad because we had to load it up to make a call and then it runs out immediately. I hope iconsider will have a phone number that can be called or ichat and viber or fb page for less hassle.overall, its really good. its smooth and fast, they also considered the lung center result unlike other clinics that only have red blood so they dont pass it on. will be returned when the medical is expired. lolanw, kudos to sm lazo staff. thank you so much!
