I recently visited the Maxicare branch in Otis for a vaccination and a knee consultation, and I was pretty impressed. The place was clean and neat, just like the other Maxicare branch I’ve been to in Pasay (Double Dragon). The staff was friendly, and the service was fast, which is always a plus.Dr. Karen, the doctor I saw in Otis, was nice and super kind and really informative. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated compared to my previous experience with Dr. Lee in Pasay. Nothing against Dr. Lee, but I just prefer a more chatty and thorough approach. Dr. Karen totally nailed that.Overall, I’m happy with the experience. Its convenient, especially since it’s close to my place in Manila. For future APE, I’ll just choose this branch. Highly recommend!

This PCC is near my workplace, thanks to Maxicare for putting this PCC for Manila members/patients. Small PCC compared with other PCCs, but caters to medical services and laboratory. Nurses and janitorial staff are nice and ready to assist. Excellent service. Keep it up.

The facility is not too big but clean and relatively modern (I would say). During my visits (from 3/11 through 3/18) it was not really crowded (and I assume it is like this in general) so I got the medical attention I needed rather quickly and thats a huge plus. But what I really liked is the customer service. Their staff at the door was proactive in providing assistance and their front desk staff were also very accommodating. Id like to shout out the physicians who attended to my medical concerns: Dr. Anthony Batle and Dr. Kriesler Chua. They were very thoughtful and patient when communicating with me, which made my visits really comfortable (unlike others who treat their patients like products from a conveyer belt)--just the breed of doctors that any patient needs.Overall, kudos to this branch! May Maxicare continue to replicate this kind and level of service to many more locations!

My husband had the misfortune of getting scratched by our building’s stray cat. After his initial bite vaccines in a hospital, he was referred to Maxicare PCC Robinsons Otis-the nearest Animal Bite Center from our residence. Follow up vaccinations were a breeze for him. I booked his appointments through the Maxicare Customer Care. Hotline. Before our telecon was over, I received the emailed appointments of my husband for all the consecutive shots. Email and text reminders were sent the day before so we remember the vaccine schedules easily!I personally experienced an ear check up and having my blood chem taken. The place may look “small” compared to other PCCs but they are well equipped with various clinics (EENT/OB/Pedatrics, etc) and equipment (x-ray, ultrasound, etc) most of all, Animal Bite Center shots. It was also so nice of them to include a play area just outside the pediatrics clinic for the tiny tot patients. Like other PCCs, coffee is available in the waiting area.Maxicare PCC Robinsons Otis is only months old (they opened last August 2024) and is a great place to head to especially for Manila area residents. It’s in the second floor of the mall. The mall has a grocery, restaurants, coffee shop, a book store and others-perfect for “multi-tasking” like grocery shopping after check up. Mall itself opens at 10:00AM while Maxicare opens at 7AM. Since the mall guards only allow mall entrance to Maxicare PCC at 8AM, Maxicare patients can enter via Go Hotels entrance on the right side beside BPI. Take the elevator to 2nd floor. Exit via glass door, turn right. Maxicare is on the immediate left side from where some mall guards are seated. The scratch misfortune actually turned into a fortunate event for us as we discovered this branch. We used to go to PCC Ayala North Exchange for our check ups.Overall a 5/5 experience!
