Brad, if youre not from Mandaluyong, dont come here, the releasing is from 1pm to 4pm (as of April 25 2023) 3rd floor. Get your vaxcert fixed at your respective LGU or RHU. It only took 4 starts because the people there helped me and explained it properly.Theyre online when you have a problem, its out of order. It should be in YOUR respective LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT or YOUR TOWN.
