It is a very wonderful company. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. The management team easily helps every one to get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow managers have been supportive. OODC does fun and interesting things for employees. We celebrate small wins and successes that make us feel the warmth of support of the company all throughout. They are down for learning and employee development all the way.
