After flying back and forth between the US and Philippines for 18 months, we finally leased an apartment in Manila, which meant longer stays in-country and the need for extended visas for our family. I met the MJ Solutions team at their offices in Makati and could tell that it was a very professional operation with an expert team. Weve been using them ever since, not just for visa extensions, but also to secure ACR I-Cards and to discuss longer-term visa options based on our anticipated stays within the Philippines.Even though foreigners can get their own extensions, we just dont have the time or patience to walk or Grab to the immigration office, wait in line, and hope we filled out the paperwork correctly (we wouldnt). MJ has door-to-door service that lets us focus on our other priorities while they do the legwork and get it right on the first try.Theyve helped us with the foreigner G-cash challenge and helped us understand all the other things we should be thinking about as foreigners living part-time in the Philippines. Cannot recommend them enough!

Also thank you to Mr. Theo for the job well done.We have had difficulties on complying our documents since we need to go through DSWD, authorization, parents consent for minor (my apo), school certification approval for the childrens absences. Corrections on the birth certificate errors and more. All were done sent it to M and J Solutions Inc and boom approved Visa to Japan.Immigration journey went through smooth as well. They only ask us the DSWD certificate for my apo (minor). Hassle free as well going through Japan immigration.We made it to Japan and now back home. Hoping to transact another visa for multiple entry to Japan next time.
