I love ONE CORE. Forever grateful to be part of this company since the beginning. All departments are doing their best to carry out the highest standard of service. When it comes to employee engagements, they make sure that we fully participate and enjoy the activities. I am always full when its potluck day. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Madam Lulette and Sir Miller for giving me a chance again to work with you, and also to Ms. Ria for helping me with my client interview and giving me tips on how I can answer some new questions, to Ms. Jha for being consistent support and guidance from the beginning of my employment, to Ms. Mira for always being friendly and always giving her assistance when we needed it, and to Sir René for always being there if we needed him for IT assistance.My job as an offshore receptionist was a blessing to me, especially with the work-from-home setup. I just want to share my positive feedback for my current employer (OneCore Dev IT) 💪❤️❣️👍😘😍🎉💕🎊First, I would like to thank OneCore Dev IT to be a part of successful job experience currently and in my life as a part of the LGBTQ at BPO arena. I am jobless in the month of April since I recently resigned from my previous employer and am currently having interviews from different BPO Company. I already hired in four BPO Companies then I received message in Linked from Claren Arielle Fernando April 1 looking for Patient Data Collector and Quality Control. As discussed, my credentials and experience is not suitable for the campaign but she offers me a position as Offshore Receptionist Role. After the final interview from the client and getting hired, I accepted the role, compensation, benefits, rules, and regulations etc. Finally, among five BPO Companies I decided to choose OneCore Dev IT. I am not literally expecting the type of environment, the process of learning which is very different from other BPO.I am not mistaken to choose this company, no regrets at all. I am very much happy and grateful to be a part of them and the client as well for giving their trust to me in providing and delivering customer service satisfaction, working diligently to them, easily catch the different process and updates.
